I do understand that you are saying that people knew about Trump and voted for him anyway where Frankins actions were brought to light after the fact. It is entirely possible that they could have gone either way. Maybe they don't put him in office. It doesn't matter, now.

I'm saying that regardless of the mass's wishes, sexual harassment or assault disqualifies people from office.

If he cheated on his wife, and voters still decided to vote him in, that's different. Cheating isn't a criminal offense. Sexual assault is.
