Islam , Shinto, Buddha, Christianity, Judiasm, etc cannot all be fairly labeled under the heading of religion - it is a false equivalency since they believe radically different things.
The one that follows the real G-D is correct.

you and pretty old guy do realize that government is the people in a democratic society in which we live. So yes I want more people control which is government. Basically interchangeable terms in my view.

Just because someone doesn't believe in religion as it is defined by man doesn't mean they aren't spiritual. I disagree with the assessment that the void of religion would bring worse consequences than if we had it. The curiosity factor of where we came from and how we got here...does it have to be religious-based?
Man hasn't figured it out, it least to my satisfaction. Why would your religion be better, or the right way as opposed to somebody else's religion?
Hell, we're probably an alien experiment.

Alien experiment? You mean like Gary Johnson for president? An Alien has a better chance!

Agree. I'm very spiritual and believe in God but like Karl Marx said: "Religion is the "Drug" of the People."

it's always been that way. Hell the KKK foolishly and moronically burn crosses and kill in support of and in the name of Christianity while at the same time not accepting Jews of which Jesus was born. It's quite fascinating to watch this level of ignorance and stupidity.

And how substantively different is that from replacing the godhead with man?
