I read every night to go to sleep, it helps me. I'm sorry you're having such difficulty. Just know that you are not alone. Everyone has experienced insomnia at some point in their life. There are as many different things to try as there are people on the earth. Keep trying different things until you find something or somethings that work for you. Then incorporate that into a routine.
The other thing to keep in mind is that sometimes the thing to do is just get up, if, for instance, you slept a while and then woke up way before you normally get up. Start you day early, then stay up until your normal bedtime. Usually for me, I sleep real good the next night because I am so exhausted.
If your problem is you just lay awake, like I said, try things like meditation, music, reading, etc, and find something that works, then make it into a bedtime routine.
I know, I'm repeating myself, so I'll shut up!

I have too much on my mind, so I barely can sleep myself. I tried a lot of stuff, but it doesn't help me much

A couple suggestions that have helped me when you have too much on your mind...
Try writing down what is on your mind, especially recurring thoughts. I've noticed that if I do that, they recur a little less.
For worries that plague you, especially ones you have little or no control over, make a God box. Its just a sealed up box with a slit on the top. Then make strips of paper that will fit into that slit. When one of those worries pops into your head, write that worry down on a slip of paper, and put it in the box. The key is that once you have written that worry down and put it in that box, it is no longer yours, so you don't have to worry about it anymore. I have found that when I do it, that worry plagues me just a little less.
Anyway, those things have helped me...

My ECCIE Reviews
Default Hmmm

Never heard that one...
Now to get out a bed and figure out where the fuck my box is...(kidding) ...I'm going to bed. It's called your body and mind shutting off. I am so jealous of those that it comes natural to. Melatonin is my dream date. ....xxoo annie
