Yes but there are two kinds of banns, one is " your fucking out of here" done by a mod. The others is by points, yes issued by mods.

One is heavier then the other if I am correct. Some banns are wrist slaps and only 30 days as the YFOOH is a 90 day bann, just my understanding.

I was quite explicit as to why it would be "understandable" if it were the case. That doesn't necessarily translate to a pass to follow your bandle example.

You of all people are more than well aware that I follow no one. Board history reveals about the only thing Toyz and I have ever agreed upon is the subject of Bandles. We have you and the other two stooges to thank for that.

It is not practice to discuss a particular member's "board discipline" at least not in Austin.

If you accumulate 25 points, the system auto bans you for 90 days. We generally warn first, then point. It takes quite a bit to get a system ban.

There are a few ways to get an automatic ban. Those include, sharing locker room info, intentional outing, multiple handles, etc.

Keep in mind that for example, multiple handles must be proven with ECCIE's system in place to check IP's. There could very well be another way to check but that's above my pay grade. Banning someone for multiple handles simply because the posting style appears similar isn't going to fly, it must be proven.

When any ban occurs, it must be documented for admin review. So it's safe to say when a ban occurs and sticks, it has a higher ups blessing.

There is a huge difference between bowing down to a leader like you and Deerhunter do and simply agreeing with someone's point of view on a particular topic. A point of view which the poll has shown is shared by everyone on the board.

This isn't exactly fresh news.
