I don't even see why it has to be that complicated. It is not illegal for any of us to get together and have a few drinks or whatever. Don't talk about sex for money. Problem solved. If you're stupid enough to do that in a public venue with someone you haven't screened, you deserve to get busted. I went to quite a few socials in my early days. No one was busted. No one talked about sex for money. Everything was fine. Follow one simple rule and hell, you don't even have to screen the partygoers (not saying you shouldn't, just making a point). LE can show up and have drinks with us for all I care. I always assume at least a few are present anyway, and you're a fool if you don't.

If that was already pointed out, I apologize. I'm skimming a lot today.

I was at that social and there was much "delight" by some on here on what happened. There was no more happening in there than I've seen happen at any nightclub environment anywhere else in Houston.
As for "busted"...the dummies who solicited were the only taken, along with people with outstanding warrants for other things.
The REAL bad thing is that the socials like those were ALSO a place where collections for toys for tots type donations were made. Benefitted the needy children.
Even LEO allowed us to collect up the gifts to take with us.

The M&G at public places as far as I see , that are discussed on the board is a way for LE to make a entry into the world. If you have nothing to lose and do not mind if LE gets all your information like what you drive and where you live , then by all means go to M&G's.

The chances of getting busted are slim but slimmer still if you do not go. Folks looking for free or discounted pussy love M&G and ladies looking for business like them....Mods love them for the obvious reason!

You are right from a very simplistic stand point - don't do anything illegal and you don't have anything to worry about but announcing where and when... BUT

What if the police just want to show up and get pictures of the girls? They don't have to run around with cameras - Have you seen how tiny cameras are these days?

Or maybe just keep their eyes and ears open to get real world names and info to tie to handles - like from credit cards or from conversations? Now they can track you.

What if they show up and run license plates in the parking lot and then use the info from UC to put real names with hobby names and now know what cars they drive etc.? How easy would that make their job to be able to pull up to a incall location see your car is in a parking lot and have a picture of what you look like. Or to pull up at a notel and run all the plates and then know exactly what is going on where and who to ask for?

Let's say there is a guy or two here that is dedicated to stalking the girls here as a way of convincing them that what they do is wrong and let's say this guy can be scary ... it happens ... what if they are coming to the party? Now they can take the stalking and harassment to a higher level.

These are just a few reasons I could think of quickly. It is safer for all if there is some kind of screening. And I think you are right about needing to assume that LE will sneak by somehow. Your right there doesn't HAVE to be anything more complicated - just as hobbying doesn't need to involve screening or condoms - it is just safer that way!
