Here is how it looks.
Gay sex brings a high likelihood of potent STD's like Aids and HIV
there's a higher likelihood that a male participating in gay sex has HIV/AIDS
Providers don't want that and if they could can exercise their right to play by the percentages.
When you suck a bare TS penis you may have contracted HIV/AIDS off of his penis.
When you let a TS fuck you the condom may come off and it's raw dick - in - anus for a moment and aids can be caught and a provider doesn't want to suck a penis that's been in an HIV tainted anal cavity.

Why does it matter?
I assume everyone that I visit with may have some sort of illness, even unknowingly. I always use precaution to minimize the risk of contracting his or her flu or whatever he/she has.
A very close friend of mine is gay, and I have witnessed many married men stray towards his rainbow... some once, but most twice or more. We are talking about perfectly respectable men with families, careers, etc. These days there is no sure way to tell who is what, and what's been where. For me it's best to put my efforts into protecting myself than to investigate people's preference history and give myself a headache.
