That is incorrect. Once the review is posted the board owns the review and no one has the right to disclose the information in it.
What the reviewer does with it BEFORE he posts it is an area difficult to manage but also a practice no one really wants to see..... The idea of Providers proofreading and having input on a review is not conducive to the free flow of information.
