Search warrants issued in the Georgia case
remember that "perfect call" that the Orange Clown made to Georgia Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger, in which the Secretary was asked "to find" another 12,000ish votes? well the DA for the Atlanta area has issued search warrants to obtain admissible evidence for a prosecution of, you guessed it, the Orange Clown. boy, this should be fun..
https://apnews.com/article/2022-midt...77e8cee372c7b4
this whole presidency thing looks like a mistake, in retrospect. no one cares when a real estate developer commits a felony. what self-respecting real estate developer doesn't? but that whole presidency thing has way too many rules. no esponiage, no sedition, no treason, no criminal solicitation to commit election fraud; no intentional interference with performance of election duties; no conspiracy to commit election fraud; no criminal solicitation; and no RICO violations!" whoever heard of such a thing? i'm going to be the greatest felon in the history of the universe. no one else even comes close..
i seriously believe at this point that the Orange Clown is unable to stop himself from committing felony after felony..
is that a thing in the DSM, anyone know, or is that another symptom of narcissistic sociopathic personality disorder, which the Orange Man clearly suffers from. (if not, how does "Feloniae deditus" sound?)

Garland is no Bill Barr

i'm not so sure. unlike bill barr, who acted like he was trump's personal atty and fixer and actually did weaponize the DOJ to do trump's bidding (until very recently, when he finally has had enough of the Orange Clown), Merrick Garland is more like an Eagle Scout who has made it to the top law enforcement gig in the country. he does everything by the book. if he's pursuing these investigations, you can bet good money that there's not only smoke (and mirrors) there but a fire underneath as well.
the only reason Trump didn't get indicted for obstruction of justice over russia-gate is mueller was too much of a pussy to do it. if i was special counsel in that case, i would have indicted him after the first month of the investigation. (i could have given zero fucks if trump had fired me. i'd be like, say your goodbyes to the oval office, sucka.)
i'd say, i just indicted the president. so what? we haven't had a king since we fired King George and beat his ass in battle. no one, not even the president, is above the law. and if you don't like it, sue me.
every 5th grader who studied Nixon and Watergate knows that it's never the crime, it's always the cover-up that gets ya. if nixon had called a press conference and said "my colleague g. gordon liddy from the u.s. special forces thought he was still on ops against the VC and did something really dumb which i will explain in a second, but in light of his military service to his country, i ask for leniency...", he would have gone on to a 2nd term and might have gone on to compete for top 30 presidents, instead of the hall of shame.
trump is way too disorganized to formulate and implement a conspiracy, and because of that, it's going to be hard for any prosecutor to get a conspiracy conviction out of the dude no matter what. if he had let the chips fall where they may, the feds would have had nothing on him. instead, he went into hardcore cover up mode, and he was a straight up sitting duck at that point for any special counsel who had a pair.
that's why mueller was furious when Barr came out with his "it's a nothingburger" statement. mueller came back with his pedantic but clear assessment: "if i had determined that he had not committed a crime, i would have said so. but i declined to do so," or words to that effect. basically, he's guilty as fuck, but there's a memo in a drawer somewhere that says you shouldn't indict a sitting president.
i say, baloney. it's not in the constitution, federal laws or regs, so it's one clown's opinion and goes against every principle that underlies democracy. i say, indict the O.C. and let the chips fall where they may.

Presidents' rankings by non-partisan survey of historians
Have a look at where Obama stands, and where Trump stands, on these non-partisan rankings. This should go on every dem ad if trump is the '24 candidate. it will drive trump bonkers. watch for flying china and bottles of ketchup ending up on a wall near DJT..

Libtards have spent 7 years trying to put this man in jail.
I must say I enjoy the hell out of Biden, a couple of days ago he mentioned that his son Beau had died in Iraq and had won several medals, Beau actually died of cancer.
This poor senile old man has been begging Saudi Arabia for oil, and they laugh at him. N. Korea, China, Russia, and Venezuela all laugh at him. At least Trump had these bastards in line. He quickly shut up N. Korea telling them "fire and fury". Putin and China were in line and we weren't on the verge of nuclear war like we are now.
Inflation is >8.2% Gas will be $5-6 per gallon 401 K's are mostly in the shitter.
Some people have an actual unhealthy hatred toward Trump, but when I see how Biden has destroyed this country, I count the days before Trump or DeSantis can lead us out of this terrible hole our country is in. Congratulations to Tulsi Gabbard who just left the democratic party because of the way they are.
Last night I saw a program that gives republicans the house for sure, the senate is another thing, however the guess right now by pollsters is Republicans winning with 51 or 52 Senators.
Lastly, just remember a vote for Robert Francis O'Rourke for governor is the same as turning Texas into California. You know California, where by 2035 you must have an EV, yet they have constant brownouts in the state. How to charge your car during a brownout has to be the oxymoron of the year.

To begin with DJ, i'd like to say you advocated very well for your side.[QUOTELibtards have spent 7 years trying to put this man in jail.
every dog has his day. when you consider how many criminal investigations trump is facing and the probability of indictment in each, the expectation value approaches 1. in other words, the math for escaping all indictments doesn't appear to be in trump's favor. personally, since mueller knew trump was liable on obstruction, imo mueller should have indicted trump for that. he was intimidated by a memo in a drawer from the 1970s. trump got lucky to have gotten a pussy of a special counsel. if he had been indicted, his chance of conviction on obstruction would approach 100%. trump hung himself multiple times. he's a prosecutor's dream defendant.
I must say I enjoy the hell out of Biden, a couple of days ago he mentioned that his son Beau had died in Iraq and had won several medals, Beau actually died of cancer.
biden's gaffes and "speakos" are nothing new. go back 50 years and guess what? same thing. they may relate to his stuttering as a child. what's important to me is that he's mostly right on policy.

biden should move for the indictment of the saudi crown prince for murder of Jamal Khassogi (sp.?) in the ICC. saudi is not our friend and never has been. 16 out of 19 of the 9/11 terrorists were saudis.
trump on north korea was hilarious. "welcome to the club of nuclear nations kim jon un!" absolutely disastrous diplomacy through "love letters" between a despot and a wannabe despot.
Inflation is >8.2% Gas will be $5-6 per gallon 401 K's are mostly in the shitter.
Inflation is a real problem. i'm in favor of the fed jacking up the prime until it normalizes, despite the naysayers such as wall street and elizabeth warren. hard landing? probably so.

i don't hate trump. i just know him for what he is, a narcissistic sociopath, not the kind of person you want leading the free world. i mean, the dude is jealous of hitler and his modern analogues, like putin. that's who you want in charge of our democratic republic? if you want fascism instead of democracy, just say so.
Last night I saw a program that gives republicans the house for sure, the senate is another thing, however the guess right now by pollsters is Republicans winning with 51 or 52 Senators.
i predict the dems hold the senate, while the house will be a real nail-biter. the overturning of roe may end up a pyrric victory.

i'm in favor of adding enough nuclear to stabilize the grid until alternative energy sources-wind, solar, etc.-can fill in the gaps.
if we stopped producing any co2 and methane today, we're still in a world of hurt (from something called positive feedback loops that have already begun.) if we do nothing, by 2100, humanity will be living in a mostly uninhabitable-excepting antartica and a small part of the arctic-hothouse waterworld. i say that not as a libtard but a scientist. last time there was this much co2 in the atmosphere was 3 million years ago, when the earth was way hotter than it is today. (we even got our own era in geology-the Anthropocene!) the time to act was yesterday.
mother nature gives zero fuks about politics. she'll play the hand we give her, and play it ruthlessly.

Good thing our ancestors stopped producing all that CO2 3 million years ago and gave us a chance. Oh...wait.
I honestly don't know why every Republican pundit is so excited at the chances of taking control of Congress.
IMO it will be disastrous for 2024 when they could actually do something.
Here is how I see it going down. Republicans take back both houses. Biden doesn't channel his inner Clinton, after the ass whoopin he took, come back to the center and work some compromises. He, his handlers anyway, will double down on the economic and border policy disaster, veto any bills passed by congress calling them too radical and will continue to use executive orders to push a radical socialist agenda through all ranks of government including our military and watch with trickle down to society at large. Republican will not be able to stop it and won't get anything meaningful done.
By the start of the 2024 election cycle we will be in a proverbial shitter and Democrats will be able to blame it all on a congress that couldn't get one bill signed by Biden. I can see the talking points now.
Let the Democrats retain the House and Senate so this fiasco will be all on them. Nothing is going to change until we get control of Congress and the White House.

One thing I like about Trump..
I always have negative stuff to say about Trump. So I tried to think of something positive. And totally legit, I like how he fights. He's relentless, and doesn't believe in surrender. I think that's pretty awesome. And that is one single quality I share with Trump.
Paul Ryan, a decent man with whom I disagree on policy but who I'd love to have next to me in the trenches in a WWIII type scenario-same with Mike Pence-is the truth teller on Trump, because he gives zero fucks. (Meanwhile, Trump won't be found in the trenches. He'll either have bone spurs which allow only golfing, or he'll be selling state secrets to the enemy Paul, Mike, and I are fighting from the trenches.) We need more Republicans who are still in office to do the same.
https://www.axios.com/2022/10/25/don...n-gop-nominees
It's really sad when a chick-Liz Cheney-is the only person with a pair in an entire party. Go elect some Republicans who will say what's up, and loudly. If I was a Repub pol, I'd be booming my voice across stadiums calling a spade a spade. You think I'd be intimidated by some Orange Clown on "Truth Social?"
bahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha ha..
