I am not special, it was just good timing on my part. I had sent repeated txts Sat to confirm my appointment with Judy. I got nothing. This morning I sent a generic how are things txt. She answered immediately. Whyen I asked what happened it took a long time before I got a short message back.
I agree with others that this could have been handled better. But their's is a business where secrecy is valued highly. Over time I have seen many others say nothing rather than handle the PR side of things like a different retail business would.
Perhaps we can stop the negative talk and focus on the good news that they are back on line.
