I'm not going to lie ... Fake one's done right are nice to look at. Sadly, there is just something missing when it comes to enjoying them fully.

I agree with Barney about naturals. I have a defined preference for large (C+ to F) while B/small C’s are nice, I know my tastes. I do not like MM's because I can always tell they are fake and I have yet to see a pair that are so close to natural that I cannot tell the difference.

Interesting thread. I'm honestly a fan of the natural. All shapes and sizes, although I do slant toward large natural more often than not. I guess my explanation is that it is the most obvious feature that differentiates the sexes at a glance. I suspect its a darwinian thing - all the fertility goddesses were large breasted, larger women - so "Darwin made me do it!" Or maybe its Oedipal. Not sure I want to go down that road, though
For Pepper, et al: One minor consideration I have heard from several women is that they have lost sensitivity after augmentation. That probably depends on the technique (areolar incision versus breast fold, etc), but if you are a fan of the nipple, might do a bit of research with your surgeon on the chances of losing out on that.
My ex had very sensitive nipples before she was augmented (and had a child) and lost most of the pleasant sensations afterward. For me, its better if everybody enjoys that part.

Well, I really don't have a preference but if a woman wants larger boobs she shoud get them. But I feel that there is a big difference between looking "natural" and looking "enhanced". If you think you want DD's and have a small frame..be safe and go with the C cup version. I think that most women like to feel comfortable with guys giving them a slight glance and not so comfortable with guys staring at thier breasts.

Definitely Natural; A's, B's, C's... D's are too big I think.

Natural!!!
To me fake breasts are a real turn off. They may look ok in clothes, but rarely look right with the clothes off.
I have seen a few augmentations that looked and felt natural, but seen many more where they looked like a soccer ball. The form of a natural breast is a very complex and esthetic shape, almost parabolic as a result of the natural support from the internal structure of the breasts. An unfettered breast should never look like it is being pushed up by a push up bra.
I have also seen a number of boob jobs where the alignment of the nipples is off, or the old headlights out of alignment....

Natural all the way. Even if there is droop or a bit of sag to the breasts, it's a matter of being a woman. I wish women would understand that it's okay to be themselves without surgically enhancing their body to suit the preference of what society thinks is beautiful.

Here's the deal----
Everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion.
Keep in mind, you get what you PAY for. Mine cost 12k.
95% of the time, people have no idea that mine aren't real.
However, it puts a smile to my face that men love the skin their women are in.

I like natural. I don't mind the man made, but some go overboard. I think that as long as the woman is happy with herself, I will be happy with her.

Glad you wised-up. Like I said, I like them all, but if you have a great natural pair, like you do, there is no need for alteration.

I am all about natural, but there are some cases that nature needs help. Of course I am talking about those boobs that are un-attractive that will need help.
If your boobs are good looking, well shaped, no matter what size, then leave them alone or at least pay for the good ones...
You do get what you pay for. So go all out or dont go at all.
