Those guys are some of my favorites too, right up here with Charles Lane. They're also probably as attractive as, or more attractive than, many if not most P4P clients, including me. But still not conventionally attractive enough that most women would accept them as the romantic lead in a movie. (Although I do remember one TV episode with Slim Pickens . . .)

Even though looks aren't everything to women, and may mean less to them than to men, I find it difficult to believe they mean nothing.

Just because a guy is good looking and built does not mean he is self-centered and stuck on himself. I think women are the best thing on Earth..better than money, cars, houses, boats....you name it. Making sure the lady I'm with is very happy in bed and gets her "O" is my number one priority. Seeing her turned on is a HUGE turn on for me.

I get a lot of compliments about my looks and have had providers ask me why I pay since I could get plenty of women without paying. However, it should be easy for any man to keep his ego in check...because men are basically pretty disgusting when compared to the beauty of women.

As for the "looks don't matter" comments, I find that interesting. However, this is the "hobby" and money talks.

I have actually learned a lot on this subject thru my own experience. I kind of had a Chr1s Gr1ffen thing going on as a youth. Then, I met this chick I really liked (read: "really wanted to fuck") and we hung out a lot, but she never showed more than a fleeting romantic interest in me, and I assumed it was because of my weight. So, I then commenced to losing a lot and the bitch STILL DIDN'T WANT ME! WTF!?!? lol

It was only then that I realized that looks truly aren't everything. I mean, I was in great shape and had NO PROBLEM getting laid. I even ended up fucking this ole girl I was after...FINALLY LOL... but there was still nothing more than that. Incidentally, this is also the time when I learned that WOMEN will hunt and fuck a guy exactly the same as guys will......and with no care/concern for a "relationship" what-so-ever. Literally, chicks who had never even given me the time of day, before, were coming out of the woodwork LOL (yes, it was pretty awesome )...and I was clearly "used" and "tossed away" on more than one occasion (oh, the humanity...lol)

Anyway, after a while I also realized that it goes both ways, as well. Some of these chicks....even ones I dreamed about having before...weren't even worth more than a fuck. OFTENTIMES, even, the hotter they were the more empty/boring their personalities....or the sex ... would be.

Ultimately, there is a lot more to it than looks. But, obviously it doesn't hurt lol. Don't think that you're completely lost if you're not a model, though. And not to sound TOO "lame", but I also ended up finding that the ones you least suspect may like you more than you know....just the way you are

I'm smiling at how most of the ladies in the thread have agreed with me, and most of the men are like "No, no. You're not admitting what you're REALLY attracted to , because in movies....." Again, it's the male prejudice towards the visual to even introduce movies into the topic!

I KNOW which men I've fucked in civilian life, which I've been attracted to, which I've been in relationships with, whom I married. And I guarantee that the criteria for being in a movie is far far different than the criteria for being in my bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's how an audition for a movie would go if the casting agent used MY criteria:

"Well, I'm a movie star! so say I'm rich" (yeah, and you're AUDITIONING so not that much of a star LOL!)

3) Do you have a witty, fun sense of humor?
"Don't you have writers for that stuff?"

4) How do you smell?
"??Is this movie smell-a-vision??"

5) Do you like DATY?
"??What type of movie is this?"

6) Do you have great oral hygiene and a clean mouth?
"My teeth are capped. Is that what you mean?"

7) Can you maintain an erection and have a decent sized cock?
"I'm out of here!"

Actually, I doubt if any of us think looks are the only thing important to women. And I doubt if most of us think looks are always the most important thing to women. Or that they all necessarily share the traditional stereotype of what constitutes male attractiveness

It's the talking in absolute terms -- that looks mean nothing to most women -- that seems implausible. IP and Fancy have admitted it's a factor, even if not the only/most important. And I suspect a majority of the women members of ECCIE, if talking just among themselves rather than to a pool of prospective customers with fragile egos, might agree with them.

Not that I have ever seen or heard such private conversations, of course. Just my suspicion.

And I'll even agree that a few women might actually be telling the truth when saying looks are unimportant. Fat, thinning and scraggly hair, discolored and/or missing teeth, misshapen features, deformities, and all. (Think Quasimodo.). Maybe you're one of those few women.

But I suspect most women, if they were being honest, would say: "Looks are not the only factor that attracts me, and there is a fairly wide range of men whose looks I enjoy and appreciate. But yes, I do appreciate a good-looking man, everything else being equal."

Which is not as far as you might think from how most men -- at least above a certain age -- feel about women's appearance.
