I’m saying your agenda is to improve the safety and leverage of the provider. This isn’t wrong or fair. It’s just irrelevant specifically here and now with the topic at hand being the safety of a hobbyist.

You are very mistaken in thinking handing over an ID to an agency is the same as an individual provider.

It’s been explained by myself and many others over the years.

Ma’am not everybody has been around the block forever or as long as you have. And besides that expecting someone to not only assume that you’ve lectured on this before but also to go and dig for it when you could probably just simply and easily state whatever point you’re trying to make is not fair or really sensible.

It isn’t like this is exactly believed to be something we need to go and try hard to understand though. It just doesn’t immediately and initially come off as something that makes sense and for good reason.

Whatever Twitter link you sent in the other post seems to be dead. Both links actually do not immediately work but I was at least able to manually edit the tryst link to read the small article. It really doesn’t say anything different than what we seem to think you’re implying about providers who screen in illegal territories; repeat business is their goal, check a providers history, etc.

None of this stops a provider from going rogue. The one that robbed that poor lad at gun point was a vetted provider. The one in Washington now is too and even she went rogue at one point and was said to have been robbing people with her pimp. Can you really still say that screening secures a hobbyist his safety is 100% guaranteed?

What I’ve said is what does and doesn’t work for me, my colleagues and Our (collective) clients.

I offered my opinion, I didn’t say it was the law and everyone has to follow it.
