The military already has special dispensation that affords them the ability to vote, no matter where they serve. If civilians want to vote by mail, there's an APO/FPO waiting to add them to their list of service personnel. All they need to do is drop in at a recruiting station and sign up!

Spas won't be opening Friday. It wasn't on the list from the Governor. He will use words like "Spa or Massage Establishments" when speaking about reopening those businesses. It may happen during Phase III or later. Now on the other hand, Vietnamese Nail Salons opening Friday is another story. Some of you know what I'm talking about.
