See, you are weak in so many ways; you haven't got a clue. All you ever will be is a cheer leader on the sidelines. It's always been about liberal hypocrisy and the duplicitous mendacity of you libs. Go back and check: http://www.eccie.net/showpost.php?p=...8&postcount=34
BTW, you didn't make any disparaging comments about Little Blind Boy's racist post -- none of you hypocritical, liberal mutha fuckers said a single, solitary word.

I was surprised by the veto comments.
Here is the record from Wikipedia and is correct according to all my memories and other sources I could find. Note that GWB had fewer vetos than any president Harding excluding the current POTUS. He was critized more for his lack of the veto power in most circles. The current POTUS has had both houses completely under his control so it is not uprising that he has not needed to use the veto power.

Bush did indeed have very few veto's, how many were not the issue, the timeline is
NONE ZERO ZILCH NADA during his first 1700 days while he passed 1100 spending bills.
Again he didnt send back any legislation until the dems took the floor, anything he signed into law when he was POTUS he approved of regardless. That makes it impossible for him to "inherit" democratic spending legislation. I have a better record of the vetos (bill#'s, dates, etc) should you so desire?

LOL! The leftists can't really support Obama's dismal economic record, so they resort to blaming Bush and crying racism at the drop of a hat. No one believes Kayla is a racist, but it does give them an excuse to avoid the issue, while at the same time feeling self-righteous. It's funny to watch, but you can't take them seriously.

news flash COG ... as long as the effect of past legislation enters the picture the president that contributed to said legislation is worthy of mention. The reality of #'s doesnt magically vanish when the guard changes shift. Assuming responsibility for inept actions isnt really a republican forte', or for that matter, a politicians forte'.
I wont even comment on the race comment, it is what it is. If you a white man, stood two men side by side, both 6'2" weighing 230lbs, one black one white and said "youre a monkey" who do you suppose would be offended. (and whip your ass)?

Consider the effectiveness of the $825 billion ARRA (stimulus package) signed into law in February 2009. Absent presidential leadership, congress might have fucked it up with a lot of stuff like gimmicky refundable tax credits, payoffs to states with no accountability so that they could kick the can down the road regarding responsible budget decisions, and wasteful pork-barrel projects.
But President Obama exercised strong leadership and made sure that didn't happen! We concentrated on valuable, shovel-ready infrastructure projects that we all know put about 3.5 million unemployed Americans back to work.
Now because of the effectiveness of President Obama's economic recovery plan, we are virtually certain to see consistent, sustained year-over-year GDP growth averaging at least 3.5% annually for years to come!

I have to apologize. The sarcasm dripping from Captain Midnight's posts is my fault. I'm sure. Or something like that.

Take the black men out of the equation altogether. If you walk up to a white man, standing 6'2" and weighing 230lbs, and you insult him by calling him a 'monkey' -- or any other pejorative name. He'll take it as an insult and probably pop your ass. If you use a derogatory word or term to insult someone, it's an insult. To argue that an insulted man of one race is not as insulted as an insulted man of another race is absurd.

Nice evade, CJ. You brought up the race card, IB took it out. You lose, but it was a nice try. You keep saying one thing and then insisting you said something else. Have you spoken to anyone about that? Maybe you should. You would sound less stupid on here.
