Just to bring everyone up to speed, like anyone gives a shit, I took a pass on the pregnant hooker but a friend of mine did her. Since endorphins are damn near identical to Morphine, endorphin means endogenous morphine, perhaps it predisposes the the child to drug addiction. But who the fuck knows?
