Like she said...she does not do quickies...and personally I've never seen the point.. If I didn't have the money for a 2 hour I would wait till I did...just my preference...I like to relax and have fun...without putting undue pressure on Woody jr...

An investigation into bank or credit card records requires court approved procedures and a judicial subpoena. And a good attorney can get most cases thrown out, if procedures are not followed. I will admit that undercover folks do get prosecutor approvals, judicial subpoenas, etc., and this is common in narc situations. However, for a gal that simply has friends, no one’s going to spend the time/effort unless something exceptionally else is involved, as you mention. But seriously, she would have those problems to be more concerned about than a bit of income. And if the anyone is under any duress, everyone’s defense attorneys will have fun with that. In addition, there are rules by which tax agencies play as well, ignoring that they are quite busy folks with their underfunded budgets. Last, frankly, most of the ladies are good business women and are well aware of how to avoid issues. And a couple of the gals have already mentioned that.

And yes it was STD's that got Capone. The Fed's jailed him for tax stuff simply cause they were hacked off about murders and bootlegging (ie. something exceptionally else). I think it's a bit much to not be a target when the Pres. of the US says put the guy in jail.
