I am a leg man and enjoy viewing shapely, sexy legs on ladies!! In the late spring, summer and early fall I prefer bare, tanned legs on display in either short shorts or a skirt! But in the winter, it is always nice to see thigh-highs underneath a skirt!

I don't mind seeing bare legs in public, nothing like seeing a cute woman in the summer wearing a cute dress, legs, and some cute sandals/heels.

Depends entirely on the woman. In a lot of ways attire sets the scene. Not as a costume but it definitely plays a role. Admittedly I'm that guy that will rip or remove what is necessary and leave the rest in place. Example: woman in thigh highs, blouse and skirt. Open the blouse, open bra or push out of the way, hike up the shirt, rip off the panties get to the heart of the matter. Hose, shoes both stay on or are let to fall where the may.

i prefer darker stocking rather than mostly transparent ones.
