The reason he is getting away with his rule bending is this.

There really are only 3 MODS.

One whos only goal is to tap the newest low end providers...he will cling to his MODSHIP anyway possible He offers provider protection for favors.

Another who simply dislikes me for many reasons, & takes uncalled for shots at me anytime he can.

Neither should be MODS on this board due to complete incompetence & blatant favoritism that has been documented time & again.

The third I don't get why hes sitting in the shadows...seems as if the dynamic has changed or he has been assimilated into the ATX collective. Some obvious violations are jumped on immedeatly and should be...child accusasions are one of those...I've escalated my concerns with time stamps beyond the local moderation group. We'll see if anything is done. My guess is it will be "explained away" if there is any conversasions with eccie management.

But yes blatant disregard for the rules regarding drug, STD & children abuse posts which most are held accountable to, are being ignored in the cases of these two bandles...and my thoughts are its an obvious INTENTIONAL MODERATOR oversight.

But its Austin, so my "Oh I'm Surprised" meter hasnt even clicked to ONE
