If I had any information on that it would not be an "opinion," but it would be a specific name of a U.S. Attorney whose office would be prosecuting the case. And I wouldn't post it.
Personally I would believe proper venue would be in the Federal District in which her private server was located. I think that was NOT NYC.

I'm just curious from the Repubs here, who do you think is going to indict Hillary, for anything? Obama and his minions certainly will not.
