The Democratic politicians who control the city and the police department are in large part responsible for creating the conditions that lead to this disparity between the size of the black population (33%) and the number of black homicide victims/murderers (70% to 75%).

I don't know who you're getting your news from, but they're a hell of a lot nuttier than the people at Fox.

Just because he left the comma out does not mean he is wrong Sistine. If you add up all the Murderers and all the homicide victims his numbers are correct. They just do not mean anything I call it Fox news math. As in add some shit together and make it sound good. The base will go nuts and never even think about the fact that the murderers and victims are not one in the same. We both know if it was not for Blacks being superior in math , we would have never got the first man into space.

Good point - but why do they need affirmative action if they are so smart?

United States
Main article: Affirmative action in the United States
The concept of affirmative action was introduced in the early 1960s in the United States, as a way to combat racial discrimination in the hiring process, with the concept later expanded to address gender discrimination.[11] Affirmative action was first created from Executive Order 10925, which was signed by President John F. Kennedy on 6 March 1961 and required that government employers "not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, creed, color, or national origin" and "take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, without regard to their race, creed, color, or national origin".[73][74]

On 24 September 1965, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed Executive Order 11246, thereby replacing Executive Order 10925 and affirming Federal Government's commitment "to promote the full realization of equal employment opportunity through a positive, continuing program in each executive department and agency".[3] Affirmative action was extended to women by Executive Order 11375 which amended Executive Order 11246 on 13 October 1967, by adding "sex" to the list of protected categories. In the U.S. affirmative action's original purpose was to pressure institutions into compliance with the nondiscrimination mandate of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.[15][75] The Civil Rights Acts do not cover veterans, people with disabilities, or people over 40. These groups are protected from discrimination under different laws.[76]

Affirmative action has been the subject of numerous court cases,[77] and has been questioned upon its constitutional legitimacy. In 2003, a Supreme Court decision regarding affirmative action in higher education (Grutter v. Bollinger, 539 US 244 – Supreme Court 2003) permitted educational institutions to consider race as a factor when admitting students.[5] Alternatively, some colleges use financial criteria to attract racial groups that have typically been under-represented and typically have lower living conditions. Some states such as California (California Civil Rights Initiative), Michigan (Michigan Civil Rights Initiative), and Washington (Initiative 200) have passed constitutional amendments banning public institutions, including public schools, from practicing affirmative action within their respective states. Conservative activists have alleged that colleges quietly use illegal quotas to increase the number of minorities and have launched numerous lawsuits to stop them.[78]
Me thinks you do not know what the term "computer" came from at NASA or what Affirmative Action means either.

I know what "computer" means.

I use affirmative action and diversity and racial quotas interchangeably.

All describe a scheme that codifies the hatred of white men and their achievements making America the greatest country in the world, back when they were supposedly discriminating against everyone.

The benefits of diversity are overstated in today's toxic culture invented by the left.

Seriously, I don't understand your point. Most white homicide victims are killed by whites. Most black homicide victims are killed by blacks. There aren't roving bands of black men killing whites. There aren't roving bands of white men killing blacks. The fact that most homicides are white on white or black on black shouldn't be something that would make the "base", on the left or the right, go crazy. Actually it's the opposite. It's white on black and black on white violence, which is comparatively rare, that gets the bases riled.

And none of those have any bearing on the intellect of a certain race. So what is your point?

Only in your mind they do and as you have proven by admitting you like to redefine certain words meaning, it does not have much value to me or the rest of the sane world.

I feel sorry for folks that are so uneducated when it comes to social issues. One thing is for sure. Trump has put them all in the same basket.

You are worse at grammar than I am. The sentence you corrected did not need a comma. It also could have been done with a few other punctuation marks as well. You are missing the point of why I corrected you. You tried to manipulate the numbers and it failed.
