It is hard to imagine why you should care if someone leaves, stays, or thinks about it for a while. How does it hurt you if someone says they are leaving but decides to stay?

I don't know her situation but I do know people who have left because they thought a few had gotten agressively dangerous. They also had a lot of good people they didn't want to leave--thus the difficult decision.

Do you know stores with weekly "Going out of business" sales? People who make the same New Years resolution year after year?
