If she actually did any research, that's a possibility. Lots of times there's no evidence that she did, so we're back to lazy, inconsiderate, drifty, unorganized - you get the picture.

Some providers prefer not to be contacted by PM. You should try emailing her. I know I personally prefer to be contacted by email vs. a PM system. Good luck!
