I do note and annotate handles and email addresses in order to send out and receive invites and rsvp's. And for those who offer a phone number I keep those in order to send text event reminders.
Also kept, data of folks who ask to be screened for future events, even if they never get an invite or if they do and never appear.
When screening and vouching gents with their provider vouchers
# 1) I never ask for personal data, such as name or phone; but I may ask for other data from time to time so I can recognize the new individual
# 2) Even if given personal data I don't specifically collect that.
And, for future reference, I also try to track visiting providers so I can offer them the opportunity to plan ahead for future tours and events. Especially think Hollow Weenie type events.
