I understand what happened. You decided at some point the odds of keeping me as a customer were nill. Rather than do the right thing you decided to just blow me off and hope I would drop it. What Carla has done here to OBSG and previously to LA makes me sick at my stomach because I have been in the same situation before, years ago with another provider. Me being a nice guy and trying to help a provider cost me $2200.

Why a provider would do this makes no sense and can do nothing but cost her big time. And in a way, it costs other providers money as well, because it really sours me on the hobby. I was looking to setup a session with a provider, but just lost the mood. How many others feel the same way.

So this is my understanding:

Carla offered OBSG a refund but he declined and said lets do a makeup session. Carla agreed.

Then Carla changed her mind. No longer offering the session OR the refund.

If I understood the situation correctly, a refund should be made since Carla agreed to having a session IN PLACE of a refund. Simple business example: It's like if I go to the store, pays for a TV in advance and never got the TV. The store then offers me a refund, I decline and say I rather wait for the TV. It never comes - should the store give me a refund then? I think so.

I do not know OBSG or Carla, just my 2 cents from reading the entire thread. In fact, I'm only visiting Dallas
