- No dumbfuck. Here is exactly what you wrote
According to the FBI definition;
Anyone who uses violence, or the threat of violence, against CIVILIAN targets of a country in order to secure political change is guilty of terrorism.
Lying by omission. One of your favorite tricks.
Using the definition above your skillset can use you can stay in denial that you aren't a moron.- Appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination. or kidnapping;
Using the definition posted on the FBI website people 14 and above see the key information you left out.
I see no threat of violence against civilian or otherwise. I see people who say that they will resist but have not said how they will resist.
You see nothing but sand.
So this entire thread is now based on a lie and that may be why there have so few posts.
I wonder if Louise has ever heard the phrase "double jeopardy"? These two ranchers were previously sentenced for their "crimes" and served their time. Now a new judge decided that they should be in prison longer. That is the real outrage. That someone can go through the system and some third party who calls themselves a judge can decided unilaterally that time served is not enough. I think we should focus on this corrupt judge and find out who they are.

I see your problem. Cognitive blindness. I see people occupying an empty government building who happen to be legally armed. Legally armed like many people are. You see armed men first and foremost. Odd that a hotshot military guy like yourself is so scared of armed people going about their business. In this case their business is breaking the law (misdemeanor) by breaking into an empy building. So what is your idea of a penalty for breaking and entering? Because that is all we're talking about.
Kind of reminds me of an old George Carlin joke. A man has barricaded himself into his home, he has no hostages and is not threatened anyone. Police are ignoring him.

You put your life in the hands of an epic and monumental moron and his "knowledge" of the law, Which, to be fair, is equal to his knowledge in most areas Legally armed like many people are. You see armed men first and foremost. You're right. I see armed men. Illegally armed men, 150 to 200 of them, first and foremost. Armed men during the commission of a crime is pretty high on the threat board.Odd that a hotshot military guy like yourself is so scared of armed people going about their business. Not scared, concerned. And you're not smart enough to be scared or concerned.I was in the army. I'm used to being around legally armed people going about their legal business. You were on a ship and the sight of 150 armed non-sailors must look pretty good to you, Because these guys might just use you for every disgusting job on the ship and not take advantage of your below decks expertise.. Because these guys like sheep so that lets you off the hook. Unless you wear fleece In this case their business is breaking the law (misdemeanor) by breaking into an empy building. A hotshot military guy?
You were just a reservist weren't you? That explains a lot.
But anyway, thank you for conceding your defeat.
Legally armed men?
What do they call an armed man who commits a misdemeanor in Texas?
In numerous instances they call him a felon. I don't know how it works in Oregon as far as felonies go but you are never legally armed when committing a crime.

File under "you can't make this shit up". This occupation is starting to fall apart. Turns out one of the guys who calls himself Captain O took all the money donated to the group and checked into a local motel and used the rest to buy a lot of booze and is drinking it all. Plus the group is starting to argue if wives or girlfriend or both should be allowed to join then and gist fights have broken out over the matter.

apparently this is too complicated for those supporting terrorism, as long as the terrorists are white republicans.

The local Native American tribe, who are the legitimate owners of the land by treaty, are demanding the Bundy "Y'all Qaida" end their "Yee-hawd" and get off their land. Love it! They demand the land be returned to its rightful owners, and the rightful owners agree, and tell them to leave.

We should return all the Indians their land - as long as they use our currency to buy and sell cigarettes and run their casinos.

These fucking guys just want to graze on US (previously Indian) land for free - it is essentially stealing from us all. Just like last time, these are not the correct heroes to make the government look bad.

Munchkins was part of a super secret unit in a part of the US military that he can't talk about (or he would have to kill us all). I hear that even Chuck Norris respects Munchkins.
