Personally, I hope this judge does let politics affect his judgment. It would be absolutely appropriate, for the treasonous traitor who makes everything political, to have a judge hate him and throw the book at him.

But that's just a personal preference. I'm sure it won't be as sweet as it should be.

It has never been used before on a “case” such as this, especially since I did absolutely nothing wrong. I borrowed money, paid it back, in full, and got sued, years later, with a trial RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF MY CAMPAIGN. I am not even entitled, under any circumstances, to a JURY. This Witch Hunt cannot be allowed to continue. It is Election Interference and the start of Communism right here in America!

He didn't, however, talk about the judge or his staff in that post. So he clearly understood the gag order. We'll see if he has enough patience to abide for longer than a day or two.
