I'm upper 40s now, single, recently divorced, kids in college, buying my house AGAIN. The last thing I want is to be dating somebody right now. And as a 40+ man of course I won't be dating a 20 year old woman. Why would I even want to and why would she want to date me??? I would be more worried why an attractive 20 year old "civilian" female would want to date an almost 50 year old guy than why the old guy wanted to date the young woman. My opinion is, if you are married, seeking a trusted provider here is far less risky, less expensive, and less hassle than an affair outside of marriage (with either a single woman or married woman). I was married for 20 years, had a couple kids, the last 5 years was like living with your worst nightmare.
