Specially point 3. would be a tricky one, and a bit unfair, given the slight possibility of a minimum chance that anyone on this world would fit all other criterias.

Well, Nina, the fact of the matter is that such women do exist, and they actually aren't that hard to find, if you know where and how to look.

It will generally be a lot easier to find a woman who is trainable, and go from there.

So you mean someone with a big age different, no clue about life, and slightly submissive tendencies? Sadly it takes some women an awful long time, and as a fellow woman I can find it very embarassing.

But, on the other hand: I experienced also the side of loyalty. So it`s a 50/50 take. I myself am always happy when someone saves me from a bad experience that can be anticipated based on certain parameters beforehand.
