It is generally accepted that in the world of SD/SB, where exclusivity is the key, barebacking is common.

What i do know is a lot of escorts would rather have a sb/sd relationship - in principle - , but the transition is very difficult. First you have to forget the sugar bit. Second, forget all the myths and assumptions. Third, get a civilian steady job (yes i know many escorts already have that).
