I don't get what the big fuss is about? These places have have been operating in san antonio for years. One closes down, two more pop up. LEO knows this and see's a fire they just can't seem to put out with the lengthy convoluted process just to investigate one and shut it down for a few days. In steps LEO Bro and his name is "The Fraternal Order of Police". The establishment pays the FOP and in turn the FOP pushes out word to look the other way within the precincts. I don't know how much they pay but if you do the math there are millions of tax free dollars in circulation to be had for the taking if you can control these the ebb and flow of these waters( 1 establishment with 2 providers X 8 patrons per girl per day at the rate of 200 roses, 7 days a week equates to 1,075,200 roses per year). Yes now they can get you with a felony but it doesn't matter because the upper echelon of LE is going to be very upset are no longer getting these tax free fat payouts via the FOP. If you don't believe me, go to your favorite AMP here in town or at least a very famous one and you will see the FOP sticker with on the door or window that has an expiration date. If you see the sticker then have no fear because you are in good hands. If you don't see the sticker then do not go into that establishment cause you will be liable to get your nuts crushed by some righteous department looking to make a name for themselves. this is what it looks like.
