Fancy's BAN was prior to nTG's (newTG) by a week maybe 2. I heard from the grapevine and the grape, but out of respect I won't repeat anything that isn't already in public forum. FYI TG, the term potty mouthed whore usually refers to one who plays fast and loose with someone's RW info.

Chain of events and possible causes.
Fancy was BANNED, TG posts the BAN was for a year. The only thing that comes to mind that brings a year BAN is potty mouth related. This is of atomic proportions and things need to be corralled quickly. Everyone that's been in contact with Fancy is now radioactive until cleared. Contain, Clean, Release. Seeing And reviewing Fancy put you on the radar, reviewing another radioactive whore put you in their sights and shot you down.
Like the hippo said, this was done at the admin level and I'm pretty sure it was done "by the books". Once your name was cleared you got the stamp of approval from the powers that be and you're back to chasing tail without missing a single session.

As an educational element, I'm also going to post this series of events in the Ban-a-Palooza thread.

I don't keep all my PMs, but I think it was Hardhat that steered me to see Fancy for my first appointment, and I don't remember who that steered me to Alyssa.

Since the big purple guy says I can use my own words to describe private communications...

My ban came from DickEmDown. As I said, it was for being a manhandle. I got him to give me his phone number so I could call and speak in a manly voice, and he had concerns that while I may be a man, I could be a paid shill writing reviews for Fancy and saying good things about her even if I'm not actually her. Now - I can't prove that I'm not Fancy's employee, but I've only written one review of her. And...it wasn't a PSE review, it was a "we hung out all day and went to the movies and gossiped" review.

At the end of the day, he said that he would take me at my word that I'm not a paid shill, but that he couldn't reverse my ban since that was a community decision (admin or mod community). I'm not sure what secret discussions were had about me, but a week later I e-mailed St.Christopher my story, and two hours later DeD e-mailed me that I was unbanned.

Like I said - collateral damage. I've never done anything wrong - even when I logged in from Fancy's incall, there was nothing that couldn't be seen by the world wide web - I had no premium accesses, and didn't know they existed.

Next do you see where many folks could see those^^ words to be, if not alarming at least the start to a ringing bell? Because you were interested in eccie , many would assume the gossip centered on eccie. That throws up an alarm in Fancy's direction as to her discretion....

Alright, but I'm just saying I personally saw no fewer than 4 admins chime in on the discussion, and that doesn't include whatever discussions happened in the admin area I have no access to.

People will, as always, draw their own conclusions. I can only say that from my perspective the proper investigative protocols were followed.

It's not perfect but if a mistake is made we do try to correct it as soon as possible, and there is a mechanism in place for determining that and then doing so.

I'd remind people when looking at the sequence of events that correlation does not imply causation.

But, we're all volunteers here, therefore resources are limited. I'm sure you understand that not every infraction review warrants or motivates an equal amount of staff attention. It's a matter of prioritization.

Further, there are certain gray areas of the guidelines where moderator interpretation and discretion are a larger factor than others. Hijacking happens to be one of those. Not all of the moderator staff share my philosophy on hijacking but for the record I voted to reverse those points of yours.

I thought GSs points were nonsense......and a couple others. But, at the end of the day judgement call points rest squarely on the shoulders issuing them.

There 3 ways to get a PermaBan here.

1 it is a second handle.

2 admin want to have a conversation with the banned member before he/she can return.

3 it has been determined that you are a troll handle with an agenda against a specific member here........boyfriend, pissed off pimp

There is the rare occasion where a handle is pemabanned for activities on the board. those are very rare and require approval from the top.........someone with multiple outing issues could see this in their future.

Honestly it wasn't gossip about specific people because I didn't know anyone. I still really don't. Back in those days (*chuckle - 3-4 months ago*) I was mostly unsure about what I was allowed to say, or ask, or to whom, or what secret codewords I was supposed to use.

Fancy explained menus, and how to read a provider's profile, etiquette for how to arrive at a date, when men shower and when they don't, LFK vs DFK and why some people have preferences - that kind of thing.

My first ISO sort of thread on ECCIE was looking to meet someone for a social engagement to learn about the hobby, and I picked up a ton of flack for it. I'm sure that thread is still around somewhere - discussion of whether providers have social rates, or if they should, or if someone should even be asking to see a provider outside BCD.

I booked my first appointment with Fancy precisely BECAUSE she had a social package - the Chick and a Flick deal. She answered a lot of the questions about ECCIE and etiquette that I wasn't really getting good answers to. She had some discomfort about meeting me for lunch because I was a newbie - possibly LE baiting her to talk about the hobby, which is why we had such a thorough screening beforehand.
