North Korea never stopped its program to develop nuclear weapons. Kim III(I think) would have been deposed, and this would never have gotten here, if Carter hadn't thrown him a lifeline.

Millions(literally) of people starved to death in concentration camps as a direct result of his "humanitarian" gesture. You(leftwing fascist racebaiting thugs) are directly copable for the the disaster that was/is/will unfold in that country. As a followup, the US was supposed to provide NK a light water reactor(a horrible idea for many reasons). Clinton reneged.
