Both parties are pretty bad, but what gets me is that people who label themselves as Republicans or Tea party act like all this shit happened when Obama got in office- let's take a trip down memory lane and go back to the last "great" Republican President which no doubt was Reagan- and let's be honest and fair Reagan inherited a mess from his predecessor- but let's take a look at what Reagan did:
1) Raised Taxes
2) Reagan spent more in his years than all the other Presidents before him combined.
3) Amnesty- do you hear that Tea Party- Reagan was for Amnesty.
4) Cut and run- remember the bombings in Beirut that killed over 300 marines- Reagan got the hell out of dodge- there was no retaliation from the U.S- can you imagine the criticism if a terrorist group were to kill 300 plus marines and Obama didn't respond???
5) Iran/Contra Scandal- Iran in the 80's was equivalent to Al-Queada today- so we had an enemy(Iran) who overthrow a pro-U.S govt- oh while I am on that topic- the U.S supported the Shah of Iran who was one of the most brutal and notorious dictators, but we looked the other because Iran was oil rich and was a strategic nation that we used to spy on Russia. The Shah did everything the President of Syria is doing but worse.
Ok so the Reagan administration makes a deal with Iranians who just years earlier stormed the U.S embassy and held Americans hostages- but we are selling arms to these Iranians and at the same time we are telling Saddam-who happened to be our friend back then that we help you in your war against Iran. So the U.S is openly supporting Iraq and at the same time arming and selling weapons to Iran???? This would be the equivalent of the Obama administration selling weapons to the Taliban or Al-queada to use against NATO troops or the U.S selling weapons to Palestinians to use against Israel.
The govt expanded under under Reagan- and good ole George Dubyah grew the govt larger than any President before him- don't you Conservatives like smaller govt??? Well apparently Reagan and Bush didn't like small govt. Both Reagan and Bush spent like crazy- neither one were financially conservative.
So Old grump don't start crying now about whose going to pay for this or that- because the spending got way out of hand during Reagan's administration..
6) Oh let's not forget- when Obama wanted to raise the debt ceiling republicans go ape shit- well check your history Reagan raised the debt ceiling 18 TIMES!!!!!
7) you guys hate Obamacare but you love Medicare right? Hmmm one of the 2 programs has a plan to pay for it and one doesn't - can you guess????
Medicare Part D- Bush's plan is a 100 billion dollar a year program that goes straight to the deficit. Add in the estimated 1 to 2 trillion dollar fake Iraq war to the equation- yes the very war that senator Obama voted against. During the peak of that war- it was costing tax payers anywhere between 700 million to 1 billion tax payer dollars a day- just to keep up with the logistics of that war-- so you guys have no problem spending a trillion dollars on a fake and useless war- Iraq is actually worst offer economically and socially now than under Saddam- but that's ok- but you all go ape shit if we spend money to keep our own citizens healthy? There's something wrong with that picture!

We are kind of talking about " now". Using the past performance and stupidity of previous presidents to excuse the current one for being a lying piece of useless shit really doesn't help your case does it?
Oh wait, you're into "labels"... so of course it does (lol). That's the problem with aligning every opposing view with a party. I represent (me). I think our President is worthless. I also think our government is corrupt and broken (all of it). We allow it to continue. Making excuses for it to continue by pointing at another party is falling into the trap they've both set to keep us divided.
Take a look at this instead and consider what it really means: http://daily.represent.us/matt-damon-blows-your-mind/

WE911, every leader has their flaws. Every. Single. One.
No president will make all good decisions. No president will make all bad decisions. But some do keep their house in order better than others. Some carry the responsibilities of the job better than others.
I'm with SD2011 as far as lack of faith in our government and both party's corruption. I had to stop watching the news bc it has become such a cluster fcuk of spin and misinformation from all sides that an informed citizen can't possibly trust any information unless they can personally spend the hours and hours of time to look it up for themselves.
What politicians/lawyers have effectively done is create what the Catholic church enjoyed for centuries before the general public could read scripture. I can just imagine that trying to read the bible in 15th century Europe was about as easy as the average American attempting to sift through our current "bipartisan" legislation.
It's really pointless to go back and forth about who fcuked up when and how. They've all fucked it up. We've all fucked it up. I'll start paying attention again when people are actually desperate enough to do something about it. Until then they can all GFT.
But that's just me...lol

If you are that naive or stupid take your choice to think that either Reagan or Obama policies weren't affected by their predecessors than you are fooling yourself. Reagan walked into a hostage crisis, an oil embargo, high inflation and a high unemployment rate and Reagan didn't get it under control until the 2nd year of his 2nd term. At the end of 1984 we still had unemployment rates. So if you think either Reagan or Obama walked into the White House and found a magic wand and was able to wave it and get rid of all the mess they inherited than you are a fool. And yes Carter's policies resulted in the mess Reagan inherited in the same way Bush left Obama only difference Reagan didn't have 2 expensive ass wars. The sad part is look what Clinton left Bush a booming economy no wars and spending surplus oh what a difference those Bush years made .

Okay, it's easy to see you're either in denial or just not honest enough to give your messiah credit for being the absolute screw-up he is TODAY. I realize accountability is a foreign concept for some political followers and given that your only apparent refuge is to claim the other prior political screw-ups somehow gives your guy a free pass to be a total dishonest and incompetent f-up, then there's really nothing more to discuss about him in general other than he probably walks on water in the world of illusions you live in which is I suppose all you'd ever agree with?
Wouldn't it be interesting if that same type of moral equivalenceyou seem to rely on was applied to general crime in courts of law for murder, rape, and everything else? Hell, other guys did worse, so......give me a pass please!
Jeez...the devout level of excuse driven blind idiocy following and propping up these political parties and their leaders on either side is truly astounding.
Good luck with that............

Very true- that's why I find these little debates pointless- if Romney would have won- you would have a bunch of liberal sites pointing out his flaws- there's NEVER going to be a candidate where everyone agrees with his/her decision- hell if you had people who didn't like Jesus what makes anyone think there's going to be a perfect President who will make decisions everyone likes???
However, there are 2 things that every President should accomplish IMHO that is keeping us safe and out of war and keeping us out of a depression and that George Dubyah got us into a war and fucked up the economy.
I would say that Obama inherited one of the toughest jobs in the world Bar none and what people do not give him credit for which I will was on day 1 he inherited 2 wars, a housing collapse, an auto industry sinking, unemployment rate that was spiraling out of control- if he was such a Bad President we would be in a full blown depression right now- but that's not the case- we still have a ways to go- but even the most pessimistic skeptic will admit the U.S economy is improving albeit slowly.
I think you really have to be narrow minded to be totally democrat or totally republican- I have some liberal views and some conservative views- I think both parties have some good and bad policies.

SD2011 you can go suck a rotten egg- you are the man with over a thousand post and one fucking review but seem to think you know the fucking answers to everything? In other words- you are an expert in swimming but never been in the water?????
Number one there are policies that I like of Obama and some that I don't like- I don't blindly follow any man/woman and actually I am a registered independent. I provided you with historical fact- I actually think Reagan did a great job based on the shit he was left- was he the perfect President? No! He had his flaws like any other man or President. Like Obama - Reagan could have introduced policies that could have made the economic situations in this country worse- but he didn't it took time.
After Reagan's first term there were many calling him a failure because the UE rate was still high and we had inflation and he raised taxes- sound familiar??????
I assure you Obama has more intelligence in his right pinky than you will ever have- if you are so much smarter than our President- than stop spending time on a hooker board and indulge in a career of politics. Any jackass on here could point out how bad a CEO or President is doing, but until you are in his shoes you don't what the fuck he goes through.
SD2011 are you telling me that hypothetically you could have a debate one on one with Obama on various topics and win???? Isn't that what you are saying in so many words???? What is your political or economic background? Because if you knew some much should be in govt or some sort of economics or financial advisor???? I honestly think you wouldn't win a political debate against a high school student.
I could easily sit behind my computer and say :" the guys/gals who run this site are doing a horrible job because of this or that...., but until I run this site or any website my words are just hot air right?????
I totally laugh when I hear people say oh Obama is stupid and dumb.... SD2011 do you have an IVY league education???? Calling a man with an Ivy League Education and who out- debated John McCain whose been in politics for over 40 years and then defeating a Successful Business man (Romney) in an election year that was all about the economy- I don't think a stupid person can do that- or if you want to believe Obama is stupid or dumb- jeez what does that make McCain and Romney- both lost badly. Unlike George Dubyah who had 2 controversial and disputed victories.
But go ahead SD2011 continue to pat yourself on the back and congrats on finally getting your first review- because in the Co-Ed section you seemed to have a comment on every issue about nc/ns, providers get banned/asking for favors/NBA policies, but you finally posted your 1st review after a thousand post- good for you, but serious do us all a favor and enter the political race in 2016- I just know you have all the answers to our nation's problems.

You are most welcome it was long overdue you don't diddly squat about my political stance but just jump to conclusions and make assumptions. I don't agree with every Obama decision but nevertheless he's the POTUS and he has my respect. Hell at least he wanted the Presidency didn't Romney's own son say that his dad really didn't want to be President ?

The beauty of it was, it (your diatribe) was really more about you than me. That's really what really made me smile and I liked it. Either way, it was all good.
As a nation, at the end of the day, we get the leadership we deserve.
Have a great Sunday and Thanksgiving this week!

Sd2011 do you respect our voting system Yes or no? He won twice it's what the American voters wanted deal with it! He's not going to please anyone and had Romney won you would have seen anti-Romney post from the other side. However, tell me plainly what Obama has done or not done on why you think he's so horrible. As I mentioned before when I woke up this morning we are not in a depression and the UE rate is lower than when Bush had it spiraling out of control. We have a long way to go but I wish Obama or any man/woman who will ever hold that office the best of luck regardless of their political affiliation.
If you think any President gets in office to purposely destroy a nation you are an idiot. You are a bigger idiot to think that a president can cure all your problems. And the biggest joke is that you are discussing this on a whore board! You are basically on a site indulging in what majority of the world considers immoral and illegal heck in some countries they behead you for this type of behavior. The big difference between you and I is I respect the man who was elected twice in a democratic fashion- I don't agree with all of his polices but he's OUR president and for you and others to call him stupid dumb or other names just shows how far this country has fallen off.
If you watch any of the episodes of the JFK 50th anniversary the whole nation mourner both democrats and republicans because they respected the position. If God forbid something bad happened to Obama you would probably smile and party- because you are an insensitive human being

Here, I will try to help you relative to my feeling about your apparent political Messiah. I do not respect him nor his abuse of the office of POTUS. There, that should clear that up.
As to you. It appears you have well over 50 posts just about politics on this (as you call it) " whore board" called eccie all in support of the left so you probably shouldn't toss stones about it from your cracked glass house. I guess that tendency to shoot your mouth consistently left makes your own previous claims of party independence about as honest as those serial claims by your Imbecile in Chief that " people can keep their healthcare and doctors". Two peas in a pod I suppose...?
The funny thing, I suspect a lot of those " whores" on this board that you casually denigrate in your references above are far more intellectually honest and decent as people than you are.
For us, we will have to agree to disagree.
Have a nice day!

Show me one post where I said I was a registered Democrat? I have conservative and I have liberal votes and Yes- I cast my vote for Obama twice and don't regret a damn thing- there's been other candidates over the years that I voted for who didn't win and you know life goes on.
/yes this is a whore board- the difference between you and I is I can look in the mirror at my sins- can you? I don't need to pretend that I belong to those so "conservative" party that values and religion and morals. How does someone get on a hooker board and talk about morals and values when they are either an escort or a hobbyist?
You see it may appear that I am poking fun at escorts/hobbyist because I am obviously not because I have seen many escorts- but people like you want to point the finger and tell people they are so morally wrong for this or that when you engage in immoral acts????
Keep being the Guru of Eccie- keep your 1000 plus post and no reviews coming. Just look at every major topic in the Co-Ed and other forums- you have a comment on like every issue- and you respond like you are the fucking Eccie forum Guru for crying out life. Dude this is your life- you obviously get entertained by this drama.
You can say whatever the fuck you want about Obama- shit is not going to change- when you wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night- guess what he will still be the POTUS. Just cast your vote again in Nov 2016 and until than just have a cup of STFU!!!!! The guy I voted for won- the guy you voted for lost- end of story. Now you tell me who is mad?????? Not me!!!! My life is great- great job, nice home, great health, peace of mind- it's all good over here-!!!!
So have your little pissing match all you want because this will be my last comment on this topic- I am not too big on arguing with another man or anyone for that matter over some political issue. If you don't like him and you think he's the devil than so be it!!!! At the end of the day I cast my vote in 2008 and 2018 and I LOVE the outcome- You are the one that's MAD and you can't do jack shit about it!!!
So keep posting like the drama queen you are- maybe by the end of the year you will have over 2000 post- yippee for SD2011 and trust me there's not shit you can say to me that will affect me- ask anyone of the ladies who have seen me or know me personally- I by the Grace of God live a wonderful life and you know what I EARNED everything I got wasn't a damn thing given to me- no handouts here1
I rest my case and you can take this drama up with anyone else you like- just not me- Have a great day and a Blessed Thanksgiving!!!!!

LOL...
My case and point proven (by your inane rants). Just a little advice: You in particular are your own worst enemy on a keyboard. Sometimes, just walk away from the rants (I need to do that as well).
It's only politics and I really don't take it personally so no harm no foul. Besides, I just had a few Mi Cocina ritas so feeling quite charitable just now.
You have a great Thanksgiving!
Best wishes
