any citizen who holds dual citizenship can have their US citizenship stripped from them and deported back to their country of origin. happens all the time. so while it only apples in one certain situation, and requires a law be broken as well, you can deport a US Citizen if they are in fact dual citizens of the US and some other Country.

Ih, I think that is pretty much EXACTLY what I said. Except naturalized citizens can have their citizenship stripped as well, and be deported. Which part of what you said, the same thing I said, do you disagree with? I'm guessing you didn't do well in reading comprehension.

I am not talking about illegals, I am talking about Trump wanting to deport people who were born here. Under the current constitution they are US citizens. Trump wants to decide who is a citizen and who is not and deport those he thinks are not US citizens. The US considers them citizens, they have all the papers. Does not matter to Trump he wants to round them up and deport them because their parents may be in the country illegally. That fight will end up in the Supreme Court where he would be sure to lose. You can have any crack-pop legal expert tell you different but let me ask you one thing. Lots of people on here have fun posting pictures of Obama as Hitler but here you have someone who says if elected he'll ignore the constitution and detain who he wants. And that doesn't bother you in the slightest? And what laws will you hide behind when he comes for you.

no, we both say a citizen can be stripped of their citizenship for several reasons. what's the reading comprehension issue you have with that?

Trump doesn't want the nomination, and he will never get it. The Republican Establishment will see to that. His whole purpose is to make Hillary electable. He runs in the primaries to draw Republican voters, then as a third party to keep them from voting Republican. Bill never got more than 50% of the popular vote. Neither will Hillary. Hillary would lose without Trump in the game. Trump has a deal going, and he will cash in after the election.
It's all theater. The only thing we know for certain is that no matter who is elected, the country will continue its slide into the toilet. The government will take more control, and we will have less freedom, until there is no more. But if you're in the top 0.0001%, you will make out like a bandit! Which, of course, you are.

Install a probationary period and anyone who is convicted of a felony, a hate crime, multiple misdemeanors, tax fraud, or takes actions against the country or people will be stripped of their probationary citizenship and deported. Since government has gotten so involved...I'm sure that we can even dissolve any marriage (like Barack Obama's mothers) automatically.
Put the 14th amendment back to the SCOTUS and show that it is a Civil War amendment whose time is over. Vote to repeal it.

If he's right, answer my questions in the OP.
How is he going to repeal the 14th amendment?
How is he going to round up 11,500,000 people?
How is he going to build a wall that runs from Texas to California and get Mexico to pay for it?
Trump is full of shit. He and the republicans are making a mockery of the entire presidential election process which is fucked up enough. We're the laughingstock of the civilized world....a man with a guinea pig pelt on his head who makes a habit of calling everybody who disagrees with him a "loser" is going to deal with Putin? And ISIS? And the rest of the world?
Unbelievable that you and the rest of his supporters have so little regard for the process and the country and the enormous amount of power that you would place in this braggart idiot's hands.
At some point soon, the wheels will come off and the adults will start running the show for the republicans. Until then, it will be amusing....

the idea of rounding up 11 plus million people and putting them on trains or busses to get them out with the idea that they are ruining the country would make Hitler proud.

I'm ok with repealing the 14th Amendment, and the 16th and 17th, too.
