what should be done about providers who ignore reference requests

Part of this is on the guy. It may have already been mentioned, but he should ask the ladies who he offers up as a reference if they could provide one and that a request is coming. Red headed Julie was wonderful for this, she is prompt but I also give her the heads up that "x" provider is contacting you for a reference

Reviews, which have to have a bit of details, although helpful, sometimes hinder the process. We need another mechanism in addition to reviews that simply allowed a hobbier to post that he saw a provider and then she could likewise verify the appointment happened. Each then could reference that verfication in the respective areas and elaborate more about the appointment seperate from verification. I feel very silly writing a review about a lady who simply doesn't need the review. The one and only I've ever written was for Laura Lynn. I'm sure she was flattered but one more review about how AWESOME she is in bed, did more for me than her.

Also, the a simple appointment verification separate of a good or bad review would help keep people honest about the experience. Did you see the guy? Yes/No. Did a hobbier see the girl? Yes/No. If there's a no on either side, the vefication doesn't even show up in the forum. If it does its been verfied. A girl could say in y'alls area where the verification shows up, that he was a sweet guy or he haggled or he was small enough to take up the ass without using a bottle of lube. Guys likewise could feel free to say that her mouth never went completely over the dickhead or the provider was a little bitchy, or she sucked amazing cock! Girls can decide for themselves if they want to see the guy,but as long as they know the provider or other guys the provider has seen as well that had a verified appointment posted, she doesn't have to worry about that part.

Works well I think - full transparency - and I would certainly appreciate knowing if one of my refs is flaky.

To make it easy, let's say I want to see Jules, I send an email to her, and I copy Reese and Pistol*. In the mail I'll also give their phone #.

That way everyone knows what's going on, and it only takes one email.

I've never been burned like folks have described, but I put a lot of that on the high quality women who excel in all respects at what they do.

* I mention these two because both have always been stellar in helping me with my slutiness.

Plus what exactly can we do? form a mob and lynch them? no. i have had my fair share of issuses trying to get referances to see other ladies. some of it might be on me because i am new and not the brightest light in the building. im glad that some providers will tell you hey such and such is newbie friendly see them and i will see you. i know not every provider can do this but to the ones that do i thank you.

I also have recently had issues with getting a response from one particular and very active lady. Majority are delayed responses... When a lady doesnt reply in any way, I always let the gentlemen know that she was not an effective reference ! That way they will know for next time.

I don't think public shaming is a good idea. It'll cause way to much drama and ultimately will make the lady posting the thread look like a bitch. Just my opinion.

Never had any issues when I use to hobby with refs, but some time ago not now. I don't hobby anymore too much hassle. Then again the ones that wanted a full check like I was applying for CIA or took quite awhile to screen, usually I know within 24 to 48 hours even less to move on. I don't mind but if I don't get a 1st good impression, I am outta there bc of prior bad experiences I wished I would have not ignore the warnings ie terrible communication, delays etc.

Some many what ifs come to my mind, ever considered that a gal may not give a good reference and in fact the guy has done nothing wrong or really a gentleman. Just like rw dating, there is a lot c_ock blocking, I would imagine it is even worse in the hobby, my opinion. Great topic to discuss and read. I don't hobby but I enjoy good reads.

A good ref buddy can be a man's bf. I don't venture out much for strange...butt when I do...I will ask my buddy first if she knows anything about a local lady. Sometimes she does and will say go for it she is fun. If she doesnt know anything about her, she will say no, butt I will screen her for you.

They used to have that on escorts.com where you could review a lady and then she could comment on it.
They have this feature on naughty reviews too.
I find that feature to be necessary if I'm to accept reviews as verification.
