I'm not sure what 2016 vs 2019 has to do with it.
If you're say that the rules were different then, yeah, they were regarding advertising but not how we are supposed to communicate on an Escort, Client Community Information exchange.
Advertising has become more difficult. There are less ways to do it. For instance, In St. C's own words, "You cannot post an ad. You can post an
update which is significantly different."

As I said before Co-ed, in 2016 to use your date, was a place we could all have a back and forth. Providers could glean as much from how the guys treated them on the board as the guys could from the was a provider reacted.
BP trash was quickly detected, threADs were easily spotted. Now, there was nothing inherently wrong with a BP provider coming on the board. Some real gems have started out on BP. What happened was that those threADs got called out and the reaction told us much of what we needed to know about the provider. Gems quickly got accepted, trash got thrown out.
So I guess the difference between 2016 and 2019 is that not is it the trash we're trying to cull anymore, it's all providers...or most anyway, at least that's the appearance. Why else would threats and hostility toward well established providers with good reputations be allowed to continue, possibly even encouraged, by not enforcing the policies that tried to level the playing field and open the exchange of information as the name of the board implies it's purpose is. Did it cease becoming an information exchange because it's 2019 and there are fewer places to advertise? I'm not sure I follow that logic.
