I believed Republicans, the good ones, were fair-minded, logical, and believed in free markets, fair play and rule of law. Trump doesn't believe in that, and he's not any better (or worse) than the joker who preceded him.

But even if you go into a field that is totally unrelated to the field of your college degree, potential employers will see that you have succeeded in one aspect of your life and that will weigh heavily on their hiring decisions.

I don’t think a special prosecutor should have been appointed. We don’t know what the results of the investigation will be, but Mueller likely will find nothing of significance as to Russian collusion with the Trump campaign.
As to your second point, he doesn’t believe in fair play, free markets or rule of law. Look at his history. The donations to politicians to be able to build where others could not and to get special tax breaks and subsidies unavailable to others. The way he stiffed the banks, and the bondholders in Atlantic City when he walked away from hundreds of millions of dollars of debt. The way he stiffed his partners, his suppliers, his creditors and his customers at every opportunity. The way he stiffed taxpayers like us who play by the rules by ridiculously understating the value of his fathers estate, disguising gifts from his father, and writing off $900 million dollars on his taxes as deductions, when his casinos went bankrupt. (He got tax deductions for borrowed money. He spent it but it never came out of his pocket because he never repaid the bondholders.) The way he lies to his advantage at at every opportunity. The way he filed nuisance law suits. (Do what I tell you or I’ll run up your legal bills and bankrupt you.)
As to his presidency, however much some of us may dislike them, how about wanting to jail Hillary Clinton and James Comey. Tax law changes that benefitted larger pass through businessmen with rental real estate or large workforces and not others.. Playing favorites with companies. In that regard giving a huge leg up for USA aluminum and steel producers while fucking over the much larger group of companies that consume metals. Proposing to fuck over companies like Harley Davidson and General Motors for making free market decisions. Starting a trade war so that US farmers lose money then turning around and giving them government subsidies to make up for it. Threatening to screw over a Mexican American judge if trump were elected president and the judge ruled against Trump University. How about the con job pulled on Trump University students. Pay us $35,000 and you too will be a successful real estate investor like Donald Trump.
