Mr Epps should serve a minimum of 27 months. I'm thinking we already have the zapruder video frame 313 from the night before and the day of Jan 6.

However the federal prosecutor put it in file 13 next to his confidential informant agreement and the dropped conspiracy to incite an insurrection charges.

Most likely E goes into the witness protection program and lives out his days on an island, a townhouse in Manhattan, or a ranch in NM. Possibly serves his 0 to 6 months in the MCC in Manhattan?

Here's my challenge Salty. Post a video of Epps actually moving Capitol fencing and I'll give you $1,000. I'll send you crisp $100 or $50 bills through the mail. I suspect that $1,000 may not represent a lot of money to you. But you could donate that money to a Trump PAC if you wish. It would be like getting me to donate to Trump. Wouldn't that be sweet?

I don't believe they've been released to the public yet.
The Dems and the FBI/DOJ do not want all the videos
from 6th Jan and the day before released... Can't even

No. But I know he wasn't a federal agent. And if a supporter of a politician I admire encouraged others to peacefully intrude on a meeting of a School Board or a City Council or Congress, I wouldn't want the government to lock him up and throw away the key.

There's a difference between encouraging peaceful civil disobedience, whether it's justified or misguided, and encouraging rioting and attacks on police. It's clear from the videos and Ryan Samsel's statement to the police, that Epps encouraged people to enter the Capitol peacefully and not attack police.

This is the United States of America. Freedom of speech and freedom of assembly are enshrined in our Constitution. I do not agree with Michael, Blackman and you that Epps deserves a harsh sentence.
