I'm getting the impression based on the past couple of months that more AND MORE responsible people are recognizing they fucked up this past election and the local response in the ground level elections and local government meetings reveals a general lack of patience to allow the current fiasco in D.C. to continue.
My primary concern is that replacements for the current clowns will hesitate to start pulling the plug fast and thoroughly on the EO authorizations and lameass Socialist legislation that will plague the country for another 2 to 6 years. They have to comprehend that change in D.C. is to get changes on the ground.
Another Trump (or TrumpLike) term with an effective Congress and initiatives will solidify the principles and establish a framework for the country to continue on a positive, collective agenda that will last at least for another couple of decades. When the Canadians and the Mexicans modify their respective leadership to thwart the directions of the current administrations it will form a hardened North America to continue working together for a long time for our mutual benefits. The French in the North and the cartels in the South have always been "anti-U.S." and created havoc.
If the suicide bomber didn't get through there would be nothing for the talking heads at Fox to complain about. Trying to get another extension could have lead to more war and more casualties on our side. Biden did well to not ask for another leave date.
