This has been brushed over but it is the core issue that has not been addressed. Without this information we are just blowing wind.

H361, if a local modtard is creating rules especially for his area, that is inappropriate. He does not have the authority to do that.

I never even implied you were lying, CC. I was trying to clarify different claims by different people. You said it was about age verification, the original post said something different.
I don't even know what an RTM is, but I gave details on how I found the posts. Last night all four were on the first page of results returned from the search function with the keyword 'utr'.
My point in bringing up the search results had nothing to do with those four posts. Rather, it was to point out that South Texas received a general notice about the issue while none of those other four locations did. If this is a new policy or even a new enforcement of old policy, wouldn't the mods from all locations have been instructed to post the notice?

Not necessarily, when there is a localized issue we handle it locally. If its more widespread then we would act accordingly. I still have seen no RTM's concerning other areas.

My questions about the rules have been clarified in the ML.

Why else would the be there?
Has anyone actually read the Forum Guidelines? http://www.eccie.net/announcement.php?f=5
Specifically;
Quote:
#33 - We ask that all members who participate here acquaint themselves with these guidelines and familiarize themselves with the location of the RTM button (white triangle with exclamation point, outlined in red) Our staff are not on duty 24/7 and unfortunately are not always readily available to right the ship, put out fires, or address rule violations when they occur. We need to work together, staff and members, to maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the forums. It is vital that you bring inappropriate posts to the attention of staff using the RTM function when it appears that a staff member has not yet become involved. This will greatly help in our mission to provide the ideal environment for our members to interact with one another.

<------ this is the RTM button.
The guideline does not pertain to the general population. Hooktards need the information and they received it. They all went through this growing pain. Some may have complained about it along the way. The few fucktards who dabble in pimping (amateur or otherwise) get the conversation one on one. Maybe South Texas got something extra because you have more UTRs.
single1 is wrong. It is coming from the ownership of the site. Every whore close to the age line in New York, LA and all points in between had to go through the age verification process.......and no, your local modtards did not participate in that process. If they implied otherwise, that was incorrect.

I'm not going to do the search again just to click the RTM link. I did it the first time to evaluate the claim that it is a widespread issue...it appears that it is. Anyone concerned can do the same search. It took less than five minutes.

1lh1, I did the same search you did with a narrowed search to just Houston. I checked the 1st 10 threads. I saw one thread about an orgy that on the surface could be seen to be a UTR issue.
The idiot in question likes to set up orgies where stupid fucktards pay to watch him and his buddies fuck a few whores. He throws around the UTR word to hook him some suckers so he can fuck the whores for free.

protecting us and them from underagers? - good idea - I dont blame them.
implementing a rule cause i get less free pussy? - good idea (for the mods) -I dont blame them.
however if the latter were the case - what i would do is - I would tell the UTR "manager" "hey! you can work you herd, but I get free bang from them or your banned cause your a liability." don't want to give mods any ideas, but fuck, that's what i would do. Maybe thats why im not a mod.

I don't have an issue with being wrong. It is not the first time or the last time that will happen. But as we all know this thread is pretty much about me and either to have my friends join an agency or have them all open individual accounts. I will ask my friends to see who is willing to turn in an ID. I know of one that said, NO THANKS. Waiting on word from another.
The other friends I have are all over age 25, like Kati, Eva, Gitana and don't require the age verification or do they? I am sorry, is that considered an ad by posting their names in this comment? JK
This all came about because a few years ago I posted threADS in the Coed. I received a pm sometime later (a good while) about not doing that because my threADS were not restricted like the eccie girls who had a problem with me doing that, even though they posted left and right with their signature line as an advertisement. I was like how is that different? But whatever.
I was told you could you either open an agency or open multiple accounts for each one (my way is very time consuming as it is). I asked if I could do reviews of my friends as Single1 which was OK'd. I did it the way I was told it was OK. Now that is not OK.
Honestly I am just getting tired of all the drama. But I do have good friends on here and enjoy the friendships I have made. Obviously the people who have problems with me have never booked with me and I would never want them to. No big deal.
I understand the age verification thing. Not an issue. But no one has told me, where do I have to send that info to and what is done with that info. Obviously most girls that escort are not keen on having her personal info on some database. If those are the ECCIE site rules then I don't have problem with that. I had, as do others, a problem because it seemed directed at this part of Eccie and not the rest of the board. We are not in the habit of policing other boards of Eccie because we want to avoid this crap we have here. But 1Longhorn1 brought up a great point and it seems easy enough to find utr's and their advertisement by members. He named the cities.
If I open an agency or join one already established can I comment on any threads that people start. If so can my signature line be included with a bunch of info about my agency? Phone number, website, p411..basically an ad in every single comment I make. Even if I don't have anything good to add to the discussion other than to promote my agency?

As I understand it there is a claim that this is a site-wide change in policy implemented by the admins. The alternative claim has also been made that this is a local policy implemented due to a local complaint. Since it's clear that posts introducing utrs are widespread (both dearhunter and I found them with very little effort outside South Texas) and since it's clear that there hasn't been a site-wide announcement of the policy shift, the evidence seems to support the alternative claim that this is a local policy implemented due to a local complaint. If that's not true, I really don't understand why there wouldn't be a site-wide announcement.

Stand up for what exactly? I can still fuck UTR chicks.
You're acting like a fucking child about some arbitrary rules. They have been explained to you but you are accusing and throwing a fit because you dont like them.
"Path of least resistance" kek dont make me laugh. We all share stories of fucking prostitutes here, we arent fighting some war
