Horseshit. Female cats spray, too. Neutered male cats can spray if they were fixed AFTER they started spraying.
"Squirt" is primarily produced by glandular tissue that cushions the urethra as it passes through the pelvic arch. Directly in front of the pelvic arch is the back side of the clitoris. This glandular tissue is what becomes the prostate during fetal development in males. Pressure from clitoral engorgement, combined with stimulation of the tissue through the front wall of the vagina can cause this tissue to excrete a fluid in
