I know how mine works.

You got nothing, so you don't need to know how anything works.

You post crap that makes no sense, and then you aggravate the "pre-existing condition"!

I suspect the meds you need for that are lost in the "donut hole" coverage.

You and YouRong.

The Obaminable Ship with ObaminableCare is sinking quickly.

The sad part is he is stuffing the holes with taxpayer cash trying to keep himself and "it" afloat. Good money after bad.

You post crap that makes no sense

what part about JD not knowing the difference between a revolution and a law confuses you ?

or maybe it was congress has the power to change a law ?

or maybe it was the metaphor that flew over you head ?

apparently, you're easily confused too ... I'll type slower just for you and JD.

I guess we know who won that argument. JD can dish it out but he can't take it when it comes back to him. JD, you can take your slurs and accusations with you too!

-6 million people selecting and paying for a policy

Gnadfly, I will make this brief. I agree the first year target is as you said above:

but 6 million people who DID NOT have private insurance last year getting a new Obama approved private insurance policy and paying for it.

The people who are a family of 4 and make less than $24,000 and just qualify for the expanded state Medicaid need to be counted as coming off the UNINSURED list.
You can count them separately but they need to be counted.

There is no need to go over the other things, we are basically saying the same thing.

I have always said that the risk pool has to have a mix of low risk and high risk people. If that does not happen then the rates for 2015 will shoot up and some health insurance companies will choose not sell health insurance on the government exchange (Healthcare.gov).

Sorry, but we are not. Your UNINSURED list is window dressing.

Now you are mixing the newly insured Medicaid...if they are newly insured from the expansion of Medicaid...with the NEW privately insured Obamacare policy holders.

Stop lying to yourself.

The figures I'm seeing is there is less than 500K NEW PRIVATELY insured Healthcare policy holders. That's even with the subsidies. That figure needs to be close to 6 Million.

Again, where is this massive demand? The Feds are throwing huge money at the newly expanded Medicaid, throwing money at the insurance companies to subsidize policy holders, throwing money at the website and building the infrastructure. Where is that money coming from? Some medical hardware tax, rich homes surtax? Its not going to be enough. We need millions of healthy people with new policies.

The NEW 500K that signed up mostly have pre-existing conditions that will hasten the death spiral or cause premiums to go up. Its failing badly. I expect the February PRIVATE numbers to be devastating.

BTW, all the new 500K privately insured folks? I'll wager that 400K have a pre-existing condition.

If Congress is the agency with the power to change a law.. and Obama has made MANY changes to his signature law, Obamacare.. does that make Obama the same as Congress? Hmm, maybe that's another reason the poll numbers for "Congress" are so low? Because people like you think Obama is Congress?

A national privatized system such as Obama-care with insurance companies as a middle man is a failed business model and is unsustainable. Every other industrialized country has figured this out. America will catch up eventually..

Haven't we made this clear? We are not democrats. Jeez, sounds like we've made no progress at all. CJ sounds like some student back from summer vacation. No clue.

You want to TRY to prove this drivel? You should know you can't but go ahead. Then again I have to point out where you're weaseling with words like "private" insurance. Does that mean they had some form of insurance? Also, they could just walk into a hospital for an emergency and get attention. I really like that part where you wrote (or did you cut and paste) "Obama approved" private insurance. "Obama approved"??? You really have drank the Kool-Aid. What is important is that I approve of my policy.
