Even your citations are idiotic.

If Sissy Chap took the time to peruse our Constitution, he might notice that it reads, "The President ... shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur." (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2)

Poor Sissy Chap doesn't understand the difference between a treaty and an executive action. Maybe this will educate him:

Question for Sissy Chap - Was it treasonous for Congress to cut off funding of the Vietnam War in 1974? Or were they bravely and patriotically upholding the foreign policy interests of the US by refusing to prolong the war?

Btw, this Sissy Chap citation really made me gag:

Quote:
As much as I didn’t agree with George W. Bush, I would have never stood behind any Democrat who had tried to embarrass him internationally....
Odumbo spent his first year in office giving much-heralded speeches in places like Cairo and other foreign capitals publicly apologizing for GWB's foreign policy and deliberately embarrassing him while standing on international stages. Just to be clear - there's nothing wrong with a President altering the foreign policy course of his predecessor, but it should be done behind the scenes through quiet diplomacy. Instead, Odumbo shouted it from the mountaintop. Why? Because he is arrogant and wanted to gratuitously embarrass Bush, Cheney and Republicans in general. So much for politics stopping at the water's edge!

Was that treasonous, Sissy Chap? How can you and the author of that citation stand behind Odumbo?

The design of it reflects this country ...all of it.

Well, it's good, according to his analysis, that the "agreement" with Iran was merely "an executive action." As such Trump only has to sign an "executive order" rescinding the previous administration's "executive action," as being invalid and inappropriate since Congress didn't approve it.

In Texas, there were people(guess who) who wanted to us secede from the Union- if you don't call that treasonous what do you call it? Patriotic.
If Colin doesn't want to stand for the flag that's his freaking right- Yes, it is. Absolutely. he's not the first nor will be the last. There's quite a few christian denominations that don't allow pledge of allegiance.

Getting upset at Colin for not standing is very hyprocritical - are you guys saying he MUST stand up? They have a right to voice their opinion, just like Kap. If you believe that you are not supporters of democracy, but rather a dictatorship. In dictatorship countries you HAVE to follow koran, women HAVE to cover their faces. In North Korea, talking bad about Kim Jung- Un is instant death. Do you guys want that kind of country here? No, that's why we must defeat Hillary.
Lube Wideass. King of idiots.

Fisting Chap would repeal the Constitution to allow for his preferred one-party, Soviet style police state.

The NFL has denied the request of the Dallas Cowboys to place a decal on their helmets in honor of the slain police. Isn't that free speech as well?

He's a third string quarterback that's about to be cut. You'd think he'd be tired of sitting.

He'll be forgotten in a week.

If a religion tells her not to do something that you do, how is that affecting your life. A person is supposed to be able to freely practice their religion or freedom of speech in America.

What US law requires anyone to recite this pledge? It is an affront to common sense. I One does not have to salute the flag either. I believe the US naturalization service requires immigrants who are seeking citizenship to recite it. I think an oath to obey the law, including the constitution, should be enough. People don't have to prove my patriotism with hollow rituals.
I agree with you that you do not have to salute the flag - I never do. I don't put my hand on my heart, either, during the National Anthem..

However, I have never heard of a Christian group that doesn't celebrate Easter - that just doesn't make any sense.
