If Sissy Chap took the time to peruse our Constitution, he might notice that it reads, "The President ... shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur." (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2)

Well, it's good, according to his analysis, that the "agreement" with Iran was merely "an executive action." As such Trump only has to sign an "executive order" rescinding the previous administration's "executive action," as being invalid and inappropriate since Congress didn't approve it.
