Two choicest with an alleged wrong: criminal and civil. A criminal action proceeds regardless of the wishes of any potential victim. The police decide if they want to investigate and the prosecuting attorney decides if they want to prosecute. My guess is they have bigger fish to fry than the posting of an escort,s photo on the Internet. A civil action, to succeed requires, among other things, a proximate cause leading to damages. It would be hard to argue that any picture someone posted could cause any conceivable damage, considering what is self-posted. And the self postings are quite nice, by the way.
