Get your butt down to Mexico and walk into any pharmacy. Ask for Maxifort. Sold over the counter without a script. No chance of any calls after

Cialis just went generic. And patents for Levitra/Staxyn expred Oct 31. So, expect a generic soon.
The overseas meds, like the OTC pills, have other stuff in them that your body may not like. Also, the chem composition is not consistent. Sometimes 20mg, others 75mg, maybe 125mg.
With generics as cheap as they are, and HIIPA laws protecting your privacy, even from the SO (just tell your doc you don't want her to know you need help), there's no real good reason to ask for samples at your next check up. Then, follow up with a call to request a written Rx.
Get on Good Rx.com, pick a pharm and pay cash.

After reading about someone in this thread ordering White Panther, I ordered Black Panther 25K Platinum off of Amazon. Per an FDA audit, it was found to contain sildenafil without actually being listed on the ingredient list. They urged people not to buy it - lol.
5-pack for $30. Even better, it’s Prime eligible. Saving for an encounter this weekend, will report back.

Anyone remember VitaliKoR? It used to be carried by GNC. It was pulled off the shelf after the FDA found it had an unlisted ingredient... sildenafil. It seems a lot of the OTC things that guys think work really well actually contain generic Viagra. Who knows how much is in them.

I do, and I even have 3-4 pills from an old bottle that contained that ingredient. I keep it on a shelf next to an old Aunt Jemima syrup bottle, where she has the handkerchief around her head, that was later discontinued.

Small update: got the Black Panther tabs today. The packaging on the Amazon listing suggests that they’re all in one package - however they’re one tablet to a pack, and I got 5 packs. Directions on back say to take one hour prior to sex, which lines up with your typical sildenafil prescription.

I just setup with forhims.com. Everything is done online. They have you create a medical profile by answering some basic questions. Based on that a medical professional will prescribe an ED treatment and send you the pills. It’s a recurring $35 a month and they usually offer a discount for the first month. I’m waiting for my first order in the mail. Sildenafil, 10 pills, 20mg each. I can reorder 2 more times this month.

So you can get up to 30 pills, 20mg each, for $35 a month. But you don't get all 30 unless you keep placing orders. Meanwhile I got the same 20mg pills with my doctor's prescription, but I got 50 for about $25 at the local Kroger pharmacy and refill whenever I need them. And I don't pay unless I need a refill. The current price with GoodRx is a little less, $21.94.

Followup: either the Black Panther capsule didn’t have sildenafil in it, or sildenafil just doesn’t work for me.

But MUCH confusion over these offshore / no prescription sites...generics in general
* I'm my own doctor (believe it or not) and have done a ton of research >> saved 75-80K last 10 years this way....bypassing the usual route
The generics that JCMRX offers.....are made by the SAME companies (pretty much) that the big pharmacies use
* unless BRAND NEW...they might be hard to move......so do they just throw the pills away?.....OR use companies like JCMRX to sell them under the table kinda sorta...............
2 things....
* the purpose of the 'expiration date'?.....to MOVE THE PRODUCT off the shelf..... period
* the military paid the FDA (after the gulf war) to test their leftover meds.....result?......all just fine....some a (very small) reduced effectiveness after say 10 years (depends on conditions they're stored)
Example: I used to do things the 'right way'......
* had gout symptoms > went to doctor > few hundred bucks later he says "no gout" > I suffer for 2 months plus / can hardly walk > go back to doctor...few hundred more dollars he says "wow you DO have gout".....gives me Colcrys and Allopurinal < seems like....at a cost of about $15 / DAY !!!
SO....I decided to just treat myself....
* the cause of my gout attacks?......BEER and not enough WATER.....that's it
I went to JCMRX meanwhile.....and found a generic form of Colcrys (colchicine) at 65 cents a pill ....vs the $6 for the Colcrys....the Allopurinal was 40 cents....vs $2-3 seems like
* the FDA had determined the generic form was simply not safe for the American public ha
Guess what?....it works just fine
* now anytime I drink too much beer and not enough water ( wake up with swollen/very painful big toe)....I reach for 2 colchicine at a cost of $1.30

I've ordered from jcmrx two or three times. Didn't have any trouble until the most recent order (which was probably a year ago, because I ordered enough to last for a while). The order was shipped in two envelopes; one arrived, one didn't. No clue where it went or why it didn't arrive. I didn't get any notice about it that made me think there was a customs issue. I contacted jcmrx and they made it good, shipping again by registered mail at their expense. They told me that once they lose a package future orders to that customer must be shipped by registered mail at customer expense. I'm pretty sure that's so they can be sure they aren't getting ripped off by a customer repeatedly claiming an order didn't arrive.
