Even your citations are idiotic.

If Sissy Chap took the time to peruse our Constitution, he might notice that it reads, "The President ... shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur." (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2)
Poor Sissy Chap doesn't understand the difference between a treaty and an executive action. Maybe this will educate him:

Question for Sissy Chap - Was it treasonous for Congress to cut off funding of the Vietnam War in 1974? Or were they bravely and patriotically upholding the foreign policy interests of the US by refusing to prolong the war?
Btw, this Sissy Chap citation really made me gag:

As much as I didn’t agree with George W. Bush, I would have never stood behind any Democrat who had tried to embarrass him internationally....

Odumbo spent his first year in office giving much-heralded speeches in places like Cairo and other foreign capitals publicly apologizing for GWB's foreign policy and deliberately
embarrassing him while standing on international stages. Just to be clear - there's nothing wrong with a President altering the foreign policy course of his predecessor, but it should be done behind the scenes through quiet diplomacy. Instead, Odumbo shouted it from the mountaintop. Why? Because he is arrogant and wanted to gratuitously
embarrass Bush, Cheney and Republicans in general. So much for politics stopping at the water's edge!
Was that treasonous, Sissy Chap? How can you and the author of that citation stand behind Odumbo?
