Well gee didn't you say this "Democrats were dedicated to beating McCain. What part of that don't you get, JDrunk?". Wasn't this directly after JD listed quotes from Democrats as challenged by WE. Your a funny guy, quick question, did you teach your daughter that thing she does where she farts out cum bubbles to music.... or was that something she walked in on by accident.

I see that Ass has gotten a work release program vacation. A couple of things; I don't drink. Any reference to that is absolutely indicative of your stupidity and lack of reading ability. I served my country. I don't look down on anyone who didn't make the same choice...unless they start shooting their mouth off about things that they should know better than to talk about. Like my brother telling me how the military was for losers (this was the 1970s after all) and you would never catch him putting on a uniform. Well my sister and I did. My brother ended up on the ground with a sore face. He ended up like that a lot because he was just about a slow learner as WE, ASS, and so many others.
By the way, if ASS is still listening....I was a sailor (I did spend two years as a soldier) for most of my military career. It is disrepectful to refer to someone the way you did. So now you have two options; you can apologize for making one more mistake (since you're on ignore someone will have to tell me) or you can take the heat for attacking a veteran with stupid, hateful speech. Your choice.

Trump should not have said what he did about McCain. What he should have said is McCain is a wolf in sheep's clothing, a RINO, a traitor to the Republican party and his constituents, and has voted for every major, big government spending bill in the last three or four years that Obama signed in to law.

Huh? What are you babbling about? What are their eccie handles?
You credit or discount every post you read here based on who the poster is and how much authority you give them. Nobody accuses you of shitting on their constitutional rights.
Cheer up, dipshit. You are unquestionaby THE authority when it comes to how to get serviced at Tallywackers. Nobody can take that away from you.

It was said he had given up military secrets to alleviate the torture from his captures. Actually it's easy for people to hold that against him. Fear and pain will make you do many things you wouldn't ordinarily do. I wouldn't wish his experience on anyone. I think he should be commended for his ordeal and moving past it. Do I consider McCain a War Hero? Not as much as I consider him lucky. I don't align myself with what Trump said, because some things are just best left unsaid. We all need a hero. If McCain is a hero to some Americans then so be it. Trump had no good reason to shatter that. We all know Trump is no Politician. He shoots from the hip. If Trump was to be nominated and win the presidency only two things can possibly happen. He will either be the best president this country has seen since JFK or the biggest bust since Barack Obama. Now considering the other candidates from both parties Trump is no more of a gamble than any of the others.

You can't be serious. Struck me as odd coming from one of the few rational voices on this forum.
I am not a big supporter of war, I've made no secret of that. But for anyone who hasn't served in the military(actually, actively dodged it) to call out someone who got captured and tortured for a long time....well that's just a dick move.
It bears no relevance that Mccain sucked as a fighter pilot. He served. Got shot down. Got imprisoned and tortured for his service to this great country. That's about it. It's not up to you or me to come up with a definition of war hero. He's done a hell of a lot more for this country than many, and hell of a lot more than that shitbird trump has done.
And look at the shitstains above getting their panties in a wad over Senator Rockefeller's comments. Only a repubtard would show outrage at a Democaratic ex-senator questioning a soldiers morality while their leading presidential candidate makes fun of him for getting captured.
Here are the facts: Rockefeller was never a presidential candidate, Obama denounced his comments to begin with, and Rockefeller later apologized for his comments. Trump still maintains that he doesn't owe Mccain an apology.

Sins, you are wise beyond your years, Love you.
I fought so that people could have freedoms that we have, including freedom of speech. He can say what he wants, but he damn well better be ready for the backlash and loss of support from Veterans. There are times where a person should just shut their mouths, especially when they are trying to get support.
My belief is that anyone who served honorably with the intention of protecting this country, our freedoms, and democracy are Hero's to this country whether they served in a war or not, whether they were drafted or not. Every job, even a cook, can be a hero even if they never picked up a weapon or see combat because every job has a part and all of those parts are needed to support each other.
If I remember correctly there was a woman doctor in Ft. Leonardwood that refused to go into a combat region because she, "Only joined for the free education and medical training." That is NOT a hero and if she wasn't court-martialed and dishonorably discharged, she should have been.

I am so sick and tired of the word hero and the way so many Americans are obsessed with pushing the word. Its really gotten to the silly point. And being a Patriot by itself is nothing to be proud of. It can actually be a pretty selfish thing. In McCain's case it has been a negative. The man has never seen a war he didn't approve of all because his is a patriot. because he is a patriot he can't look at things fairly.
McCain was a war VICTIM ( I know Americans hate this word ). POWs depending on their situation are usually War Victims. McCain is a jack ass who learned the wrong lesson from his experience and just helped make others into victims. No respect at all for the guy.

Not everyone, and I did say Honorably. I use hero in this sense because it takes courage to risk your life to protect people that can't or don't want to serve so I am not talking about the ones that "only" joined for the education benefits or the money and free housing who didn't give a shit. I was not a cook like in the example I gave, but I was sure as hell glad that we had them willing to serve.
There are all kinds of Hero's and just because they weren't on the front line doesn't mean they don't deserve our respect or that they can't be a hero to the cause. The infantry man, SEAL, Ranger, etc., wouldn't have been able to do what they did without the support of other people, feeding them, producing weapons for them, etc.
Don't get me wrong, I do believe there are a lot, especially the ones on the front line or doing hazardous duty, that go way above and beyond their duty that do deserve special recognition. As to McCain, I have no idea, I hate politics and the only reason I said anything on this thread is because it caught my eye and I just saw his comment on the news this morning. "If" what I have heard about him on this Thread is true, the only reason he would be a "War" Hero was because he served in "war" time. Whether he got shot down or not, he still risked his life, I'm assuming (and hoping) because he felt he was serving our country. Do I like him? I don't know him enough to say, but In general, I don't like about 99% of the politicians.
I was a signalman in the Navy and a telecommunications specialist in the Army before that and never thought I was a hero, and I did see action on land and did personally save lives, like a lot of military men and women. I stopped wearing my military ball cap most of the time because I felt embarrassed when strangers came up to me and said "Thank You, you are a Hero", because I was injured in an explosion and got a medical discharge so couldn't serve more. And BTW, I still don't think I am a Hero, I just think of myself as having proudly done my duty and always wished I could have done more.

Make up your mind, cocksucker! You can't have it both ways! Jay Rockefeller "actively dodged" the military and was a major league DICKHEAD to call out McCain the way he did in 2008. He dutifully performed the smear as requested by his Odumbo handlers, then issued a phony apology. If you have no problem with that kind of deplorable conduct, then STFU and spare us your fake outrage at Donald Trump!

That's SOO typical of shammy, the "betrothed " partner of woomby and woomby's partner in the Arkansas Glory hole franchises. They STILL think that their time spent marching in the gay pride parades constitutes "service and duty " to their country.

I do not often agree with SOTF on political matters but I certainly do this time.
For a person who has never served his/her country one day in his life to question the patriotism of a combat veteran and 5+ year POW is absolutely despicable.
It is Idiocy to the nth degree!
And to the Idiots in this forum who defend Trump, you are equally despicable.
