The number of Justices of the SC is not "set". We have had as few as six and as many as 11. FDR wanted to pack the SCOTUS because the nine there kept shooting him down 5-4, until a certain Justice Roberts overnight became a New Dealer and changed sides to enable the NEW DEAL Fed. Govt. to invade States Rights, leading to the overreaching of our era (HHS, DOE, etc.).
bho is an AA tribal chieftain with a bully pulpit and no accountability short of being voted out. He is too smart to commit "high crimes and misdemeanors" and risk impeachment, although the DEM controlled House and Senate would never impeach him.
bho is way over his head. He is a liberal, socialist idealogue trying to lead a conservative constituency (America at large). In Africa or the AA church in America, the chieftain or pastor can rule by fiat, but not in DC, not in America except in the AA church.
He had the opportunity to lead America through the next step of integration of the AA community with other ethnic (including white) communities. He relinquished that opportunity when he defended the racist professor who was arrested in his porch for cursing the police officers trying to defend his home against a break-in. On that day he became just another n***** who uses the race card when it suits him.
What do I think of bho any time he is speaking? He is a talking head, saying nothing that will come to anything worthwhile. Too bad for him, and us.
