My guess is that if Gina wants to weigh in on the discussion then Gina will .... in the meantime I've always considered PM to mean "Private Messages" (whether directed at a single user or a mass mailing to a number of users). But some folks have to appear as though they have "special" knowledge and actually believe it is 'special."
