When I was a teenager, I saw a photo in Playboy of Teddy nailing some chick on his yacht, and the caption alluded to the fact that Kennedy may have changed his position on off-shore drilling.

From what I understand quote was attributed to Sen. Howell Heflin (D-AL). "Upon seeing photos in the National Enquirer showing Senator Ted Kennedy copulating (that's fucking for those of you from Gladstone) with an unknown woman on the deck of Kennedy's boat, he was said to have commented (in the voice of Foghorn Leghorn), 'Well, I declare. I do believe the Senator from Massachusetts has changed his position on offshore drillin'!'" (from the Wikipedia bio on Sen. Heflin)
